We’ve had the Colonnade on Carling preciously which was fantastic. Maybe caught this location on a busy night but our pizza was floppy and soupy. Pizza barely stayed together. Taste was good though.
The pizza was not bad, but the personnel’s attitude was not friendly at all. A man was showing us a table to seat and it was like we owed him something. Would never suggest the place even with good food, as long as I dont feel welcomed there.
The pizza was awesome! And I had pasta that tasted so good! The food was fresh and the server was kind and patient. I will definitely be going back.
Very good pizza - loads of meats and the cheese was phenomenal.
When the owner welcomes you and comes at your table to give a fistbump and the food is really delicious, the service really fast at lunch hour , yes I totally recommend
Colonnade Pizza has consistently served up some of the best Za in town, been coming here for over 25 years. Love how the crust crunches and how it’s never soggy, always tasty. I would highly recommend as a must try for any pizza aficionados. Hats of to the staff and the guys behind the ovens that make it rain deliciousness ? today I went with the Sante Fe ?
Great family pizza with great prices. Their pizzas all come with a generous helping of cheese which everyone loved. Great variety of toppings. I was happy the sauce wasn't sweet and the dough and crust were soft and crunchy, respectfully. The only thing I would request to get the 5th star next time is some additional salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and some oregano sprinkled over the sauce before the toppings are added. Their impeccable timing for my pick up of pizza and wings for a party of 30 people was professional and courteous. Next time we are in Ottawa, we'll definitely order from here again!
The PEOPLE the STAFF and the FOOD is over the top.If u want the best pizza in OTTAWA, this is the SPOT.I have no money, but when I do this is my place eat in or take out.This spot always bein GREAT ????to me and my Fam, my rich families, not me has showed me really gOOD ? They always bein go wit me, they don't judge and in if they do, they know.Am a team and yes she and he came up, but they r as nice as they can me.Had a GREAT TIME, after 3 yrs not leaving my place as of COVID.Other pace isn't the same.Colonnade PIZZA on Metcalf is the BEST and staff are AMAZING. Best of the best. Old fashioned attention to detail and true customer service. I was with 20 people for a basketball tournamentand it was awesome! Pizza is to die for, just try it. The only downside is I live in Kingston and nothing can compare. Thank you ?
Normally an evening at this Ottawa institution for amazing pizza is a great memory. After an enjoyable meal and wine my companion and I ordered a whiskey to end our evening. And then we decided on another. Only taking a few sips on our second whisky, ( that the waitress obligingly brought to us) we were RUDELY announced by another server that the place is closing and the staff having been there since morning were tired and want to go home. When I replied we will finish our drinks and leave, 10 minutes at most. We were then again RUDELY told it was time to go and the above message reiterated. It was close to 930 and the restaurant closed at 900. So the underlying message we were overstaying our welcome and get out! SO WHY WERE WE SERVED A SECOND BEVERAGE?????? BTW we had settled our bill of over 150$ before all this nonsense happened. Both of us are long time, loyal colonnade patrons. That ended April 2nd. Off my list! Elizabeth R
