Went here at 11:30 PM and only happy hour menu was available.Atmosphere is great, service is good, happy hour is a nice idea, but the food during happy hour wasn’t the greatest.Tried the fish tacos (spicy), poutine (ok), cauliflower wings (ok).Patio is fantastic though. Maybe next time I’ll drop by when the rest of the menu is available.
My new favourite Clocktower location! Our waitress was SO funny and friendly, I'd go back just to chat with her more! Also, we were there in time for their "CIRB" menu, so the prices were amazing and the food was incredible. Definitely recommend the Wellness Bowl! We'll be back!!!
Really enjoyed the food. It was excellent. Our table tried the pierogies, calamari, buffalo burger, turkey burger, Thai peanut bowl, and salmon poke bowl. Only complaint was that there were too many fried wontons included with the salmon poke bowl compared to how much salmon was provided. Which is the epitome of minor problems. Beer was enjoyable if a little average, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Great patio to sit out on a nice summer day. The service was a bit slow to our larger group and we would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail with our orders as opposed to rushing through all of us just to get on to the next table.Wings here are good, but nothing to really rave about too. Drinks are fairly priced
Excellent food and great service. It wasn't too busy at all. I tried the clocktower lager beer pint and it was only $ 6 ! I ate the wellness bowl which was tasty.
Solid brewpub. Has a corporate aesthetic but a small-pub vibe re: service and patrons. Product is good too. I had the No 7 IPA, which was very balanced and dangerously crushable, and an ESB that was one of the better I've had. Staff were great, would def come back.
Good food and drink at decent prices, absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The waitress came over to us twice in a two hour period, blatantly ignored me when I tried to get her attention, and actually forgot to punch in our food. By the time we realized she had forgotten our food, the game we came to watch was over and we didn't want it anyway. She brought us our cheques and we went somewhere else to eat. Completely ruined our night.
Came in on a Tuesday for the wings night, $9 wings and $6 pint. The place is about half full with 2 servers only (would say quite busy for 2, and it got more busier after I sat)They didn’t cheap out on these special, seems to be a regular portions.Ordered the wings twice, came with 10 and 11 wings for the order. And the pints are 20oz! The wings comes really quick and it’s fresh and hot! (I believe they might prepared the wings before, which is fine for a wings night)Service was good, greet with smile, ordered the beer when I first sat, and water comes with it without asking. Check on food quality on both order and offering drinks when the glass is almost empty.
Very enjoyable meal with good portions, friendly staff, clean large establishment: fish & chips, brewmaster & supreme burgers.
My first visit to Clocktower Rideau and it didn't disappoint. The thai chili cauliflower tacos were excellent and the following beers were great: Clocktower Kolsch, '96 Red, CT Stout, and El Camino. Valerie was an amazing server. She was pleasant, answered my questions while making recommendations and she even helped me by lending me the cable and block I needed to charge my cell phone while I ate.
