Honestly pretty good. I ordered it through doordash because I was at work & will say you get a lot for your money and everything seemed fresh maybe other then some of the bean sprouts.
Meat is real, but thin sliced and jerky like. Would prefer juicy chicken. Something to work on.
Honestly the best pho broth outside of China town. The food is top shelf i have tried most things on the menu and have not been disappointed. I would definitely try it if you haven't.
Great variety of Vietnamese dishes all cooked very well. Service is quick and efficient.This restaurant has authentic Vietnamese sausage which is hard to find in Ottawa.
They have a big menu with a lot of different dishes. The portion for each dish is quite large. The staff are nice and welcoming. Will come back again!

On a cold winter night with a hot bowl of beef pho from chez lam ah my dream is coming true. The pho at Chez lam is one of the best pho I have ever taste in my life and I would recommend those who love Asian cuisine try Chez lam pho!
Amazing Pho, If you wanna try, try the HT7 always the best,And my friend liked the Rice with grilled Beef, and Pork Chop,Ask for a tiny bowl, and make your own sauce with the dried chili sauce, Piece of squeezed lime, and Thick soy sauce, nice to dip with the meat comes with the Pho, all the sauce available at the table, cut lime will be given with the pho. Went many many times, and will go many many times. It's our regular dinner place.Repeatedly visited many times, Outstanding service, and the food is absolutely remarkable.If anyone eating here should always leave a 5 star review, service is absolutely amazing,
This used to be my go to restaurant prior to Covid. I had lunch there today and was very disappointed. My wife’s chicken curry had chicken that wasn’t fresh. It appeared to have been previously cooked or microwaved. It was very stale.The dine in restaurant prices are considerably higher that what is shown on the website. The website shows the lunch special priced at $12.95. I was charged $15.95.The portion size has also been reduced. The curries we ordered were $19 and I considered them to be a partial order; more like a lunch portion.The Kanata Noodle House (2 blocks away) is a much better value. The soups are better, larger and cheaper by $2-3. That is now my go to Pho restaurant.It is a shame that Chez Lam had decided to gouge their customers. It used to be a great restaurant,
It is a 5 star in his style. Quality price unbeatable.
