Overall, a nice place to hangout with your friends since they have nice seats. Despite being busy at times, they always make my order right and fast - that's excellent!Try the Iced Thai Milk Tea - yummers!
Good bubble tea! Definitely recommend! kinda overpriced given the poor service … expect a significant wait while the employees sort out their gossip
The McDonald's of bubble tea places. They're everywhere lol and it's my go-to! They never fail to deliver consistent mixes in any branch. Quick service, ok prices, good portions. This specific location also have very friendly employees too, so that's a plus. I always recommend Chatime to people who have not tried bubble tea in their life because I know they will serve consistently good drinks. Kudos
Literally the best place I’ve been to yet! EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD and tastes amazing, there’s many choices on what to get too. I order from here a lot and I definitely recommend getting Boba from here , it definitely won’t disappoint.

In the city's lacking market of bubble tea cafes Chatime is all right... I guess, but it just meets the standard for what's acceptable. I paid somewhat $9 for a Nespresso hot beverage, and it barely tasted like a $5 one, no less.
Drinks were tasty and staff were friendly. Service was quick even when only one staff was working.
First time trying bubble tea. Had the hazelnut one with salted caramel foam. Pretty good! Staff was pleasant to exchange with.
I placed an order from ritual at 11:35pm for yesterday. I asked my friend to pick up for me but when he called Chatime (since he couldn’t get there before it closed), one of the staff said she didn’t have my order. So I went to there in person. Since it already passed 12am, the door was locked. I tried to knock the door to ask about my order, one of the staff came to me, and he said “we couldn’t make your order because we already poured the tea before we received your order”. So I asked why didn’t they tell me at the first time. He said “I forgot to tell you, and you need to call ritual to cancel the order and get refund”. I was like what are you talking about? That’s how you treat customer?I just want to ask If you open until 12am, why is the staff can not make any drinks after 11:30pm? So what’s the point you say you close at 12am?After I contacted ritual, I got response from said my order is confirmed and accepted by staff member in store.What a “amazing” store!
TBH, this location is faster than the one on Sommerset. Parking is not plenty but available. Otherwise, it is the same great offering of drinks.
