Wow! I got the sweet jerk rice bowl and it was AMAZING, delicious flavors and such tender chicken. It's a small cafe in a medical building that doesn't look like much but don't be fooled, the food is SO good!

Great fresh, flavourful, delicious food! Ample options for a small cafe. My stomach immediately starts grumbling as soon as I walk in the building because of how great the smell of the cafe is!

There's few restaurants on Montreal Rd that have exceptionally delicious food. This tiny cafe does. You'd never expect it in a medical building but it's the truth. Think gastro pub quality with a personal touch. I had the roasted carrot soup and a jerk chicken club on a ciabatta bun. It was amazing! The lady that I assume owns the cafe has won numerous awards for her catering business and it clearly shows in her food. I'll be stopping buy again soon.
