It was my first time to buy at this restaurant. I was hesitant at first, because I have different kinds of food allergies like soy, almond, walnut & shellfish. But the nice pretty Lebanese lady who helped me, I think she’s the owners sister, she was very nice and kind to explain to me what’s the ingredients and what oil they used. I had the burrito bowl, just veggies and rice. Is taste good and no allergic reaction. I will surely come back to this place in the future.
I wasn't sure what to get since it was my first time there. I simply asked the guy to make me what he thought I would like, and he NAILED it. Fresh veggies and large portions. Definately a top 5 place to eat in Ottawa so far.
Decent burrito, friendly staff. Honestly, I think the cookie was the best part!
I love this place, great employees, amazing and just such delicious food that you could ever ask! You all should definitely go there and either try it or just enjoy what I would call, good food!
Update: while the food is healthy and represents good value for money, the older Arabic male serving at the counter demonstrated what was clearly disrespectful, differential adverse treatment to a non-white male customer - when compared to other customers at that time who were either Arabic or white. Doing so in front of witnesses was a very bad move on his part.
Had a very tasty burrito and was very pleased. Service was excellent and had a terrific chat with the staff. They made me feel right at home. Highly recommend and I will be back.
Staff is super friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. Best burritos in all of Ottawa. highly recommended.
Quality was ok. We paid extra for guacamole and got barely a teaspoon worth of it put on the burrito. If it was free of charge I would understand but the fact that we paid extra for it and barely got any means we won't be back.
Horrible experience coming here. Ordered a veggie bow and asked for extra beans because obviously i’m not getting any meat, and the worker on the line gave me a dirty looked and scoffed as he gave me a quarter of a scoop of beans after asking him for extra beans. Overall horrible experience and workers should act cordial to their customers when receiving any sort of regular and non crazy requests.
Their food is fresh and tasty and the place was very clean. The lady that prepared our food was very nice and friendly. They were very generous with the fillings. I tried chicken tacos and bulled beef quesadilla they were both great! I also tried steak taco but it was a little overcooked so it wasn’t that great. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. I’m so glad that they offer halal options!
