- Tasted good but bottom of burger was burnt, maybe they don’t clean the grill often enough- Burgers are small so if you’re hungry you’ll need two and that’s a lot of $$ for burgers compared to just going to a nice restaurant (it ended up costing nearly $40 for two people)- I agree with the other review that said the fries taste like salty cardboard. Mine looked the same as the way they were photographed in that other review- They gave our order to someone else who came after us even though there were different names on the orders- Because it’s self-service, tables aren’t cleaned in-between customers and you also aren’t given any wipes to wipe them down yourself- Staff were polite but seem inexperienced, maybe an industry-wide issue in the pandemicFYI the machine asks for tip but it’s self-service (i.e. clean up your table yourself)FYI they don’t give receipts unless you askFYI it’s debit/credit only, no cash
Had a great experience here! Had a very cool vibe and a casual atmosphere for a night out with the kids. The burgers were delicious! We tried the mushroom one and also tried the hot chicken sandwich. The hot chicken sandwich was really hot (in a good way!) - the only con was that the burger bun ends up disintegrating a bit towards the end because of all of the hot sauce.Would highly recommend!

While things are pricey compared to other burger joints, you can tell things are managed well by the employees, who are always incredibly nice, friendly, and personable. Stopped in to BFF today for their lunch special: Original burger, fries and a pop for 10 bucks...great deal. It had been a long time since I had been in and the food was excellent: perfect cook on the burger and the fries melt in your mouth... yum! ..best fries in town.. IMO... guy at the cash was lovely ......
Burgers are delicious and staff is super friendly, but this is the second time I’ve received a raw burger :( I didnt go back to the restaurant because I had already driven half way home. Other than this I would give it a 4-5 stars, so I’ll give it another chance but please fix this serious issue because it is not the first time and I do not want to be sick. thanks
I've been going to this place since they opened years ago. Unfortunately, their quality has gone downhill. My last burger was about as thin as a McD's happy meal burger and the edges tasted old. This was my favourite burger place for years, but the quality just isn't the same.
A must-try burger spot in Ottawa! Always tastes fresh and delicious. They have a secret menu and monthly specials, too, which keeps things interesting. Also, they put out pretty fun content on social media so give them a follow!
