Great food but terrible customer service. I placed an order last night (yes it was busy but I called ahead and my food was ready under a heat lamp when I walked in). I waited in line to pick up my order but the ladies at the counter didn't acknowledge me. I waited 15 minutes. During that time I had approached them twice to just pay for my order because it was already ready. Nothing... I dislike being this person but there's no way I'll order from here after being ignored for so long. I called back later to tell them about it and only got a "woops sorry about that mam". Super disappointed. I'm not a huge fan of the way the staff teaches their clients. I'm really hoping the manager reads these reviews and hires better staff . Maybe some friendly ones too...
My bf and I love Burgers and Shakes! The food is great and the service at the Barrheaven location is very good. The staff are very kind and welcoming when you enter.
The topping selection is great. All the toppings were fresh and delicious. Fries were cut In store and on point. Onion rings were from frozen I'm pretty sure so they were standard affair, not great, not bad. Burger patty was dry and overcooked, would be my only complaint. I had a coffee shake and it was quite possibly the best milkshake I've ever had. I will definetly be back to try the crispy chicken as I've heard good things from friends that eat at this location regularily
Ordered $100 worth of food and 1/3 of it arrived! Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered (Uber eats) and I couldn't be more unhappy! Don't recommend!
Tasty burgers and shakes! We're not from the area but had to go just to try them. We loved our burgers, super well made. The buns were fresh and the meat was great too. Excellent. The shakes as well were super good. Loved the selection to choose from. Definitely will return
Fries were amazing, burger was pretty darn good as well. The bun was a different story. Wasn’t a huge fan.

Tasty local burger and shake shop in the Barhaven neighborhood.The food is fresh and made to order fairly quickly, four burgers with sides and shakes was ready in under 15 minutes.There are many different shake flavours to select, we particularly enjoyed the pina colada. Burgers are thick patty and cooked juicy, I would prefer a touch more seasoning but overall really enjoyed it.
First time to try this place and we were amazed by the quality of this place .. everything was very delicious , would definitely come back
