We're a big fan of this place for breakfast. Staff are always very pleasant and the food is great. However, we tried a take out for the 1st time. 1 order of their their famous breakfast potatoes. Nearly $9 inc tax. I couldn't believe it when I got home. The world is going mad and until we stop entertaining these silly prices its just going to get worse. So disappointed
We were sorely disappointed with our take out order. Portion sizes were small. Caesar salad was all salt! I've never had such a salty salad before. It was almost inedible. The club sandwich was both soggy and burnt. I was shocked to see the bread was actually black. The smoked meat sandwich was not toasted or anything, just thrown together with nothing other than meat between bread. No mustard or dressing. We also ordered a smoothie and there were tons of unblended chunks in it!I used to like eating at Broadway's but this was such a waste of money. I would not order out here again and I would advise others against it. It's like zero care was given to the food preparation. If I had been in store I wouldn't have paid for this meal. My husband and I will not be back.
Went for lunch, was given a breakfast menu. Server took our order and brought coffee, no creamers, so we had to go find them ourselves. Coffee was warm. Food arrived in a timely manner, and was tasty. We asked for refills of coffee and waited over 15 minutes for the server to come back with more coffee. It was not a busy time. Not the best Broadway experience, I prefer other locations to this one, and won't be coming back.
Wish I could give ZERO stars. Another Skip/restaurant fail. Restaurant doesn't check if drivers forget parts of our order. Driver doesn't checkout he has the whole order. Calling restaurant, but they refuse to make arrangements to have the missing order delivered. Broadway will never see another dime from us, ever. Uninstalled STD as well, tired of these perpetual fails. Garbage customer service.
Hailey our waitress was awesome. The food quality and quantity however was very disappointing. There was 2 slabs of smoked meat on our sandwich, I had to add the mustard. Not a manager in site. Won't be returning to this location. The zucchini sticks were tiny & overcooked.
When I walked into the restaurant, I was expecting & hoping this would be a good diner experience. The place is clean & nice, looking appropriately for its theme. Now the food...although my table ordered a few "simple" breakfast items, the execution was pretty disappointing. The flavours were pretty bland and despite nice plating, looked rather boring.My biggest disappointment was the home fries. Not a fan of cutting home fries into perfect medium sized cubes, but it was the amount of saturated oil soaked deep within the potatoes that threw me off.To be blunt, I've rarely seen such abuse inflicted on the humble and perfectly plain potato.To be fair, this was first time eating at Broadway's and I saw what looked like other appetizing plates around the restaurant. That being said, breakfast items are considered staple offerings of any diner, so they should not be neglected. Neglecting menu staples will only lead to negative expectations of the rest of a menu.Cooking temperatures need to be perfected so your home fries do not soak up grease like a gooey sponge glistening in the morning sun.
When you order a smoke meat sandwich platter and it only has two little slabs of smoked meat, no mustard and a flat draft beer. Sad what is happening, prices are higher, quality & quantity have shrunk. This was our go to location. Was really disappointed. Hailey our waitress did provide amazing service I must say.
Had a great experience at this location today. I had ordered at the wrong location by mistake. I'm in the same plaza just over at the dispensary and couldn't leave the store, the girl at the cash took my order quickly and even walked it over to me :) I had best club sandwich!Thanks again!
We've come to like this location. The service can be hit or miss. Some servers are amazing, while others need to be promoted for coffee refills.The food is always served quickly. It's tasty and consistent. They always accommodate us as a young family.
Our favorite breakfast place. Best eggs Benedict and home fries.
