Reliably good cappuccinos. It feels like your neighborhood coffee shop with a community feel to it. Loved the idea of using reusable cup(coming from a chain). Wish they had more savory or low sugar options for snacks.
Great staff, atmosphere and right by my place to grab a morning coffee if needed.
I love Bridgehead!!! Very tasty coffees and a very relaxing atmosphere. I wish they had locations outside Ottawa!! So great!!!!!!

Discriminatory, I was shoed out for not wearing a mask, despite having a valid medical exemption. When you're already disabled/disadvantaged being frequently treated differently for something you have no control over is humiliating and depressing. I don't know if I can bring myself to ever go back, and it was my favorite coffee shop before the pandemic.
Completely agree with the last review. Staff not friendly at all. The person at the counter made a mistake with my order and insisted it was my fault. Their coffee is usually pretty good but this time around my latte was pretty bad. Won't be going back.
Staff not friendly. Basically gave no more than absolutely required :( Interior atmosphere left a lot to be desired! Torn stools, dark colours. All in all very unappealing
Ordered a white mocha, tasted like warm milk. Parking lot was pure ice, nobody salted.
Great drinks, friendly staff. I would appreciate some dairy-free baked goods, and better decor.
