What a cozy little gem of a coffee shop. The two people serving me were friendly and knowledgeable.Location was clean and well designed. I really liked the paper cranes.
I love to support local chains like these. I got a matcha flat white with soy milk since I haven't seen that before and it was nice and mild. They also had a gluten free and vegan apple cranberry oat muffin that was a nice texture and not too sweet at all. Great place to relax in the Byward Market area by the train station.
Sadly not able to visit right now due to convoy protest. Always enjoyed my visits there - not a big place but nice windows looking out on Rideau. I'm a big fan of the baked goods!
Best location ever. The staff is very friendly and caring. They make every drink like it’s an art!This location has good amount of spacing for indoor seating. Cute and cozy cafe which also connects to Rideau mall.I would totally recommend to visit Bridgehead cafe at Rideau street.
It was super busy but the girls managed to clear the line up super quick. It was our first time at this location so SAM helped us pick our drinks which were really good by the way. Sam's service was really nice and she was very welcoming and friendly.

Was Ottawa for a couple of days. This cafe was close by the hotel we stayed at, so we gave it a try for breakfast. It was no disappointment.The earl grey latte was good with great flavour and aroma, but their americano was a bit too acidic for me. Cheese & ham croissant was good as well.
disgusting service, they have no ice tea and refuse to make any are you kidding me store is empty and you can’t make an ice tea. Amazing employees. I would be so proud of i was the owner.
