Wasn't too impressed! Food was meh at best service awful food took over an hour to arrive on a not so busy day waiter didn't really seem to care check on us for drink refill or anything else at all only came nice when I was paying in hopes to get a good tip!!! I do not recommend
Great experience today.Food was absolutely yummy!The lack of staff made that there was a wait to be seated, and to receive out foodHowever, our server was great.
Drinks were tasty and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The manager JC went above and beyond to accommodate us outside on the patio by turning on some heat lamps. Our waitress was also very friendly. Fishbowl Fridays were a hit with the family ! Overall great experience.
I definitely had a strange experience 2-3 weeks ago at this location. I visited with my two kids (under 2 years old) and my husband for lunch. We requested a quieter area (the music was very loud) and were seated in a peaceful corner. My youngest and myself are dairy free (breastfeeding) and requested a dairy free meal. My youngest follows a baby-led weaning method for eating so I give her bits and pieces of carefully cut foods.First of all, for an empty restaurant, it took over 25 min to get any food. The kids were getting tired. We then received our plates and mine still had cheese (I requested no cheese) which was no issue, I just requested another. The manager was very kind and brought me a salad while we were waiting. My plate comes back 10 or so minutes later and this time is missing fries. The manager came over to apologize (very kind) but wiped my youngest’s high chair plate clean not understanding that this is how she eats. At this point I had to eat quickly because the kids were cranky and my youngest was screaming because her food had been taken away. I didn’t have a chance to finish the fries since we had to leave. This is definitely not a restaurant for younger kids (what a shame because they are the only ones with proper high chairs). They really did try to be helpful and make up for mistakes but we won’t be returning any time soon, just too much for us.
It was way too hot, the ac was on but I don’t think it was working. The food is good, sometimes even great, but when your dealing with the heat and trying to enjoy your food it makes it less pleasurable. It was so hot, that one family member was feeling as if they were going to faint due to the heat. The manager said there is nothing they can do, but if the customers and the workers are sweating, then something is up. The manager said that it must be hot because people are going in and out of the restaurant. Even when people go in and out it should not be that hot, I mean even Starbucks is not that hot and it has its window open and people constantly going through.
We had an incredible experience tonight, the restaurant was able to accommodate us even though we requested a very last minute table for 22 people. Their kind gesture to take this made our holiday all the more enjoyable! Annabelle our server was the sweetest, and we literally had no mistakes despite being a large group. In addition to the good service, the food was delicious, arrived in good timing and perfect temperature. We will definitely be visiting this location!!
My girlfriend and I would come to this location fairly regularly and had a great time, but the last two instances were really disappointing in terms of both poor service and forgetting toppings on the food, or even salad where the lettuce is obviously not new. Even the person who greeted us at the door seemed in a frenzy, but when we were there a large portion of tables, maybe 60% were still free on the restaurant side so not sure what the panic was for. We probably won’t be coming back for a little while, which is too bad as the pizza is quite good, but the other areas suffer a lot.
-over spiced artichoke dip, tasted like someone knocked over the salt shaker.-horrible chicken tacos, need an overall recipe revamp.-pineapple pizza seemed like it was marinaded in maple syrup.-bbq ribs were too sweet, too much sauce, just too much of everything.-our 3 year old did like his pepperoni pizza.Take your 20 bucks +tip +tax somewhere else.
Held my youth hockey team's end of year lunch at this location. They were great. We were a big group of 23, and the service and food were great. Husband ordered the Caesar salad meal, and I ordered the salmon power bowl (fantastic... She attached pics). Thank you for the great lunch. Well done!!!
We ordered a pickup, usually it's pretty good, but this time 2 of the dishes were missing ingredients (missing bacon and hot peppers on a pizza, and missing red peppers and messed up pesto dressing on an other one). We called back and were promised a $10 voucher that we never received... disappointed this time.
