Great staff! The gentleman working this evening is very kind and patient while I selected my smoothie. Other staff working were just as awesome :)
I got a strawberry storm smoothie and it tasted like lollipop. It was disgusting.The 2 stars are the kind server.
I generally like Booster juice as I can add a scoop of whey protein for $1.50 and get 23 g of protein. So I got a watermelon explosion today regular size. She made so much that half of what she made was left to throw out and logically I ended up with half the protein in the regular size I ordered. How did she not understand this?
Ordered the wildberry basil.. was a complete different consistency then my bfs drink and any other drink I have ever had. I had the wildberry basil 3 weeks ago and it was thick and tasted slightly basily. This one wasn't thick at all and had no hint of basil... there was also way too many things going on and I managed to get my drink after 3 people who ordered after me... this location needs to be bigger for the staff to move around .who knows..maybe she forgot the basil cause there were atleast 8 people in that small space
I recently ordered a funky money and it was very watery and had a long hair inside of it. Not only this but the place looked very messy and unhygienic. I seen people using the cloth they used to clean counters to wipe the lid of drinks they were serving. Not a-lot of hand washing happening either. This is definitely one of the worst booster juices I've seen in a while.
I was at the store last month with A few of friends.the guy working helped us to pick perfect smoothies,and even though it was early morning and the store seemed a little busy,he was Very helpful
Do yourself a favour, if you like mango drinks order the mango Tango (off menu item) and you will enjoy it to the last drop. This place does get quite busy as transit is just around the corner. I wanted the new watermelon drink but it wasn't available. Next time perhaps!
Placed the order on doordash and waited 45 minutes. The shop decided to cancel my order. They didn't bother calling or informing me in advance. Even doordash couldn't figure it out. Thanks for nothing , Booster Juice.
Got a chicked quesadilla today. It was rancid. Something was off I noticed as soon as I bit into it. Called to tell them about the issue. I spoke to a supervisor and though she was polite did nothing to rectify the situation. She just kept stating that they where made today. That doesn't mean the chicken or salsa or whatever goes into it was fresh. I have never called to complain but did this as I dint want anyone else to get sick. As someone who works in customer service when someone calls about possible chance of spoiled food it should be taken more serious. Staff needs to be trained on how to properly handle the situation.
