Poor customer service. The employees stood behind the counter and chatted (about non work related things) for a good 3 minutes before taking my order.
My family & I went to Booster Juice this evening. I seen the Clarlingwood location closes at 7pm, so we went to that location. Its 6:46 as I'm writing this review and the lady working there said it was closed. It's not the first time that this has happened at this location. The worst!!! As I'm sure she's paid to work till 7pm too.
Tochi at booster juice was amazing! What a great employee! She definitely deserves a raise! Definitely will go back.
Always quick and kind service from this location and the manager named Pauline is the best there is always prompt and friendly I wouldn’t go to any other location then this one she’s absolutely 12/10 for customer service
I went to bosster juice and it was first time to go there and is was amazing lady very nice spoke with her she’s very beautiful and also when I got my drink I got it by fast I thought will give it to me by slow for more talk with her… I just want say thank you so much for your amazing drink ❤️??

Placed an order for delivery directly through the booster juice website. we got a notification that the order was received and would be delivery at a certain time, for some reason order arrival just kept being pushed every time 3h we get a call from a staff member who tells us our order is ready. So we tell them we placed it for delivery and they say they don't deliver and they kept the smoothies in a freezer for us if we want them to go pick them up. So we tell them we placed the order for delivery of a reason that we can't go pick them up and would like our money back. They said they can't do refunds that we would have to go directly through corporate here we are 4 weeks later with no one from corporate getting back to us after several email attempts, direct message to their contact page, voicemail. We contacted them through IG and said they received our email and someone would get back to us... Horrible costumer service this should never happen!
It's a Saturday afternoon, the day before Halloween and you guys have one employee working.I waited in line for 15 minutes and it didn't even move because your employee is trying his best to serve everyone.You guys should have had more people working, shame on management
