It was the first time I had tried Booster Juice, and I came with my niece and we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff who guided us through the menu. Michaella did an excellent job helping us pick out the Lemon Berry to try, and we would definitely recommend it!
I have been coming to this location for a couple of months now and let me to tell you, I have never been treated so nicely as a customer. The way the staff here greets you and are willing to help you decide on a choice is 10/10 for customer service.

Terrible customer service. the girl who took my order (19:20 pm. May 19th) was rude and unprofessional. She did not sanitize her hands after touching the cash. She used the same hands to take the veggies out of the fridge and she cut them on the counter without any gloves. Very distugsting and I'll be looking into this and report it for further sanitary investigation. will not be returning to this place
The best juice in the city. The staff are super friendly and the owners are top notch. Highly recommend!
Always quick and kind service from this location and the manager named Pauline is the best there is always prompt and friendly I wouldn’t go to any other location then this one she’s absolutely 11/10 for customer service
SAD. You’re employees are not washing there hands after they touch cash. Absolutely appalled especially during a pandemic. I will not be returning and I have notified others around me.
Delicious smoothies.They have many different flavour options, as well as add-ons for protein. It's definitely a good refreshing option that you can feel good about health-wise!
I just left this location and the customer service is not up to par.I was the second person inline and one of the employees decided to serve customer who approached her on the side, not by the cash, she glady assisted him first.I was waiting before him, in fact while I was waiting, I seen him enter the mall through the doors and look around, then approach her.In addition, to that, after she took his order, I approached the cash and she told me to wait a minute.As I was previously ignored, I elected to leave and purchase a beverage elsewhere.The customer service reps name is Haseen.This is not acceptable customer service.
10/10 so clean, amazing choices, always willing to help with dietary restrictions. Also has the nicest most kind management team.
