You might not know it but you can get pizza here. And it's really good! Who'd have thought? It is a premium price though so we don't make it a weekly thing but it's a great change once in awhile from the pizza chains. I would have given them 5 stars but they messed up my last order. I ordered 2 pizzas, one with just pepperoni. I asked for double pepperoni on it. They added it to my other pizza instead. Not a huge mistake but not a tough thing to get right either. For the premium price I don't expect those kind of mistakes.

We stopped in to taste some beer and have lunch on our way into Ottawa and were a bit disappointed. We had heard about Big Rig and assumed unknowingly that it was a smaller place. We didn't realize it was a large chain-type pub. Our server was nice and pretty good. The menu was extensive, with many great options, but we were a bit underwhelmed. My fish tacos were good, but they came with salsa and I was a little confused as to why. My son's Mac n Cheese was good, but my husband ordered the Cajun Fish sandwich and there was nothing Cajun about it. He was expecting some sort of spice to it, but it tasted like a regular Fish sandwich, so don't get your hopes up for anything out of the ordinary. The beer was pretty good and they had a bunch of different ones to choose from. We just definitely visited many more memorable places during our trip to Ottawa.

Came for the beer, tried a little food. Beers were ok, Milk Stout was good. Had the braised pork belly, was super salty. Fine enough experience.

Lunch today was absolutely amazing!!! The manager on duty Dawn even came out to check on us and see how we were enjoying our food. Service was fabulous as well. I highly recommend eating here when these fantastic women are working!!! Thank you ladies for a great meal!!

Words just can't describe the food here.. devine? Scrumptious? Yes! Amazing staff too! Friendly and they know their menu! FYI do NOT order the Monster Melt if you're wearing white ?

Overall, a great experience. It’s a classic big chain bar with ampleSeating space, good beer ( they brew their own beer), and a great variety of food to choose from!Loved the north east IPA and Hefeweizen and the cob Salad! The grill chicken sandwich was gold standard as well! The wings were just fine but unfortunately, the Ribs and the onion rings weren’t anything to brag about! I believe they could do a better job.The staff were really friendly and accommodating.Would definitely visit again!

I find the staff consistently competent and friendly. I like the vibe there. There seems to be a lot of regulars, making it warm and comfortable, even though it's such a big place. I love the beer selection, and seasonal options. My chicken breast was a bit dry, but whatever, it has not discouraged me from returning.

I had dinner there last night with an old friend. Our server Jen was amazing. She was run off her feet to boot based on how many people headed out own the town. Thanks Jen for making at even better night with your amazing service :)

Stopped in for a quick couple of brews (love the gold but tried the pilsner). Always friendly and quick. Friend had a burger and I had another beer! Bartenders were fast and personable. Will be back.

Meh $22 for nachos that had cheese on 8 of the nachos... disgusting service from the waitress who hosted us. I called before going and she told me they were known for their hot wings and when I got there she admitted that they weren't after I drove 30 km. Pretty scummy behavior.
