So for a fast food place, this place ranks in the upper echelon for me. The food was good. The ingredients were mostly decent - except for the bacon which was almost all fat. The options were unlike any burger joint I’ve ever been to! (Check the menu pics)The location is terrible in terms of access. The young man behind the counter provided customer service worthy of 5?!Apparently one is opening closer to me in Barrhaven so will likely try again.
I have really good memories here from over the years. However, the last time I ate there (a year ago) there was a bone in my chika sandwich which was pretty nasty and ultimately made me stop eating there. I love the chika chicken so I'd love to continue eating it, I just really hope they do better and inspect the quality of food properly to avoid bones being in the food.
This is the best sandwich shop in the AO. This has the best prices, with the tastiest sauces you can get. They sauces are made in house, and the Algerian is insanely good. The maximum sandwich is well worth the price and would definitely recommend getting the combo for the best experience. However you must change your name since it does not serve u justice or explain what’s “gwanin”
I have never seen smaller portions in my life. Our $17 sandwich looked like a $2 sandwich. I was just shocked. Burger taste bland, portions super small. Never again.
Ordered from here twice so far. The first time was a great experience, it was New Years and extremely but the young black guy working the cash was nice and patient. Second time was yesterday, store wasn’t busy but the guy at the front wasn’t as nice as the first guy I had serve me. I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and it cost 30$ for just the sandwiches. They did not look like the ones I had before. I took one pic and saved two pictures a from someone else’s review. Theirs looks full and had peppers in it. Mine had soggy lettuce in it and no peppers :/Pics attached for reference.
I love the food. My favorite sandwiches and hamburgers to go in Ottawa. I loveeeee the bergham sandwich and the spicy wings. I go every month I am a regular. Tonight (16/02) was not the night. The guy who served us was not in a mood. He talked to us so badly- no smile- nothing. I regretted to buy food at this location. Please check the customer service, was not good at all. So disappointed.
This place has the best loaded sandwiches and the best wings! My friends and I come here all the time specifically for the sweet wings. Ever since we tried it here, we have not been to any other wing spot! It's become a top craving for sure. Shoutout to the great staff and service as well!
I took chicken burger combo, no doubt their food is awesome but today when I got the meal and I unfortunately took order and soon I came back but the front person was so rude to me. I apologize so many times and he put food as unacceptable manner. I felt so bad . I even apologize to that person whom I took order. But he was looking in so angry way.
Can't comment on the food, but the manager is a bit of a jerk. Ordered vegetarian sandwiches and received chicken. He refused to give a refund or remake it. Left hungry and out 25 bucks.
I ordered the Berghie Mexican to be delivered. Prices on UBER are different then the ones in store which I am well aware of. Still $16 for one combo (I had a buy one get one free promo) was still overpriced. Not to mention the delivery fee, and surcharge. The sandwich was alright, flavour wise I'd give it a 3 star. The fries where soggy and extremely thin, very cheep. Im assuming that if you eat in store your experience will be much better then mine. Save your time and money, don't order delivery. I also asked for pickles and jalapeños on the side and got neither.
