Benny's is a mixture between fast food and sit in diner. The food is very similar to Swiss Chalet or St Hubert. The rotisserie chicken was well cooked; soft, tender and moist on the inside and crispy delicate skin.The ribs are priced so well, where else can you get half a rack for $15? The chicken wings were on the dry side, a bit overcooked. But the dishes come with sauce.The coleslaw is something I'd usually kind of choke down in other restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised with a good one here! Not too sweet, not too sour, not too creamy. Perfectly done.The kids meal (chicken nuggets) was both delicious and also free! Kids meals are free with an adult purchase here on Sundays after 4pm, what a great deal and generous offer for families. Thank you we will be back!Update: I went back and this time everything was excellent. The service is very good and I ordered the poutine and it was so delicious! There is a huge amount of chicken on it and the authentic crunchy cheese curds. The portion size was so large I couldn't finish. You should try this place!

The location we picked up our food from was really disorganized. They refused to open the box to check if everything was correct, they didn't know if they had creamy coleslaw. Our order was correct fortunately. The food wasn't the best though. The chicken was super dry. I'm glad I ordered extra sauce. You really need it for such dry chicken. The sauce was the only thing that tasted good.

I ordered through their website for take out and it was easy to use. I got their Tuesday special 1 leg and 1 breast. Drinks aren't included and it cost money to get a salad instead of fries. Disappointing.That aside, the food was super good and fresh. Chicken was moist and tender, gravy is better than Swiss chalet, fries were crispy and super hot.My partner got a poutine and they package the cheese and sauce on the side so it doesn't get soggy. All was good, ready on time, and hot. I took a club sandwich (thinner slice of chicken to make it easier to chew and taste salad, tomatoes and more bacon, I barely saw any), my kids had chicken tender which they adored, but since they are teen we order 2, too big portions, next time only one portion for both. My husband ordered chicken breast meal and he loved it, but we all don't like their French fries, not crunchy, and doesn't taste like it should, like old fries.
The food was really good, fries were super fresh and Cole was a super friendly nice staff member!! I go back to stuff for my positive interactions with Cole.
This chicken meal sure beats Swiss Chalet by a country mile. The total meal was hot, fresh and not just heated over. We will be back.
I drive out to St Hubert on Riverside weekly. I decided to try Benny and Co tonight. I ordered a wrap with fries. I received a wrap, no fries. The box looked comically empty. How do you forget literally half the order?
