My favourite part of shopping at Rideau is to dine here. Every sigle time, every single dish is made to perfection. I love the fact that simple dishes are elevated and made with love. Can’t wait to go back!
Quality food made with tender loving care, ever since Nordstrom opened years ago. The menu is small, but yet simple, with interesting dishes.Service is quick and professional. I always love coming here.
Jess made our experience the best. I have been to Bazille several times and the food is amazing, but what stood out this last time was the amount of attention and friendliness we received from Jess. She suggested amazing drink recommendations based on our preferences and customized delicious cocktails to pair with a customized pizza order. 10/10
We had a delicious lunch served by a most professional waiter, Brian. When the time came to settle our bill, I mistakenly gave him a mere 10% tip. I apologized afterwards and had no cash to make up the difference. Brian was most gracious about it. We will be back and I will make it up to you Brian, thank you!
This is a great place for Lunch/Dinner and drinks in Rideau Centre. The environment is warm and welcoming and the service is exceptional. Sam and his team always make our visit memorable. I recommend trying the warm asian glazed chicken it’s one of our favourites.We also enjoyed the Drag Show held in October.Hoping they will bring the chocolate cake back on there menu
Generally, I'd say the food is great. Went for a few days over a short period of time. Some days were better than others, but still good.Friendly service. Definitely recommend it!

I loved their pasta. Truly a delicious meal. Only thing is, service was quite slow even though the restaurant was not busy. Server was still very nice though so it makes up for it!
Very bad experience today. We used to like the restaurant, but it’s so disorganized today. We arrived at the restaurant at 12pm and they said the restaurant was full, but would put us on the waiting list. The waiting time would be around 25-35 mins. We walked around in the shops, but never received a message. We went back the restaurant at 12:40 and the lady said we were on the next in the list. Then, we waited there until 1:20 and still no table. We were about to leave, but they said we were the next on the list. We asked again, and then they said there was a table. My daughter (14-year-old) showed her vaccination proof and a photo of her health card, but just then the lady said they must require a physical ID! I don’t know what is a point to ask a physical ID for a 14-year-old kid as there is no photo in the ID. So, we waited for 1.5 hours for nothing.
Really perfect grilled shrimp salad! Service was very good and friendly! It’s a relaxing environment! Coffee was very good, and itis great for a shopping break!
