Smells like heaven . If I could be buried there I would . The smell of lamb and rice . And the bells and whistles the Somali culture has to offer .
The Somali food here is definitely not a representation of what real Somali food is. There are other places with better Somali food in the area
Small family owned and run Somali restaurant. I frequent this place a few times and month, and have yet to be disappointed. The beef sabaya wrap is ?. A must try if you're in the mood for Somali cuisine.

I go here at least once a week if not more! Staff is courteous and welcoming BUT the food ?… if you haven’t tried their Sambusas you are missing out! Hands down the best hidden gem in Ottawa. Full of flavour and good size unlike others. As you can see in the photo, I could not wait to get home so I started eating them on my way home.

Truly.We were leaving the home depot across the street when we could smell something delicious from the person sitting by the exit on the bench. He told where it was from and we headed straight over.Talk about yum! We had the beef suqaar with rice. It was perfection.They were so happy that we had come straight over that they have us some lamb broth to try too. Soooooo tasty!Go eat there already!
