I went there for lunch today as received no service or attention. First I stood there for 5 minutes before the lady serving bothered to come to the front. She gave me a take out menu and left. 10 minutes later she had not bothered to come back to take my order. I pointedly looked around; the cook was in the back and talking on the phone. Still no service. I left. My money will be spent elsewhere. Too bad because I love their food, but it seems whoever was on staff today did not want to be bothered.
Well, it was a dissapointing experience both price and quality wise. I ordered butter chicken which was not only inauthentic, tasteless but quite expensive too (for the quantity they gave)!!! One can very well buy an entire tray of butter chicken, almost double the quantity for 16$ at loblaws and it tastes so so so much better. Some other Indian restaurants in the city serve authentic chicken dishes at a good price. Ariana is not recommended at all for the dish I ordered.
The store maybe smaller than the rideau branch but the food is as good if not slightly better and most importantly the new decoration reflect cleanliness and an environment the other store lacks because it’s very old!
Love the place, thier food is always delicious, try the Manto, and order the Mandi rice.
I ordered tandoori with rice and when I got home I found out that they gave me pieces of burnt chicken with burnt bread I will not recommend itThis is in addition to the fact that the bread is eaten from it, how much dirt you have
I tried Shami Kebab which was vey delicious. the rice was also perfect. I will definitely try the other kebabs and suggest this restaurant to anyone who like persian kebabs.
Very tasty food and friendly workers. I always order food from Ariana restaurants ( Alta Vista and Rideau St. location ) in our big gatherings as well as small weekend feasts. I 100% recommend Ariana Kabob House
Enjoyed the meal, Naan was really good and kebabs were juicy.
At first when we first entered the place was slightly messy but realized they are just busy because there food is amazing.We ordered the 3 kebab plate with mandi and honestly it is all good.Atmosphere is very nice but missing music!We had to wait while the table was cleaned and staff was super friendly. They forgot one kebab but apologized and brought it after 2min only. Very friendly ladies and very clean.I would come again. The plates are super big! My wife and I shared one plate and it was $24. Everything is good about this restaurant, the staff, the food, the prices, the quality and everything. I just love this restaurant. Vary highly recommended ? ?.
