Wow - this place is a gem. The two guys working were very nice, which is always a huge plus for me to come back.I ordered the pogo combo but with the small poutine upgrade. It was about $11 in total.*Pogo: Pogo Brand, delicious, perfectly crispy, so not overly done or soggy. Each bite remained crispy so you know it was just perfectly cooked.*Small poutine: comes in a styrofoam cup, crispy fries, great portion or curds (curds still left in the bottom when I ran out of fries!), gravy was tasty, thick, and a medium colour. Perfect portion for one or a snack to share.*Drink: YES, they have Mountain Dew (thumbs up!!!) - in 355ml cans*Location: near the Lowes & McDonald’s on Innes, lots of parking, easy access from both East & West Innes. Also, about 4 big picnic tables with a cover tent for summer eating. (It was too cold for me to enjoy today on this Cold & Windy April Afternoon!)*CASH ONLY*Go here instead of the McDonald’s next door, it’s well worth it, and the food is so tasty!
Family owned & operated, super friendly staff. Best fries in the city. Rest of the menu is delicious. Fast service and good prices. No insane covid mask wearing needed, only normal people work here, no covid nuts.
Absolutely best burger in town and the best fries in all of ottawa especially WITH salt and vinegar which they add also have never had such great tasting fries you guys were unbelievable!!!! 10/10

Alex makes sure my family and I get enough of his mouth watering fries every time we visit. The Polish sausage (pictured) is what I dream of between visits. I wish Alex catered weddings so I could book him!!!
This is probably my favourite place in Ottawa for fries! So delicious and fresh. Medium fry if you are hungry and that’s all you are ordering. Large fry I recommend for sharing. Huge portions! Love it! $4 for small $7 medium $9 I think for large. Totally worth it.

This place made me miss Quebec chip wagons... Meat patties look and feel frozen store bought. All dress burger is just ketchup, mustard and relish, no tomato, no lettuce. Poutine gravy is a bit heavy and fries are sub-par.
Unfortunately it wasn’t for me. Had more sauces and toppings than I asked and also the oil must have been old. Could smell the old oil from my fries so couldn’t finish the meal. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. Too bad.
