Most of the time I get good service here. However today at around 4 pm. I was served by a girl who was very short and rushed my order when no other customers were around. Because she cut me off and kept asking what else she got my order wrong instead of just taking her time and listening she wanted to get back to her conversation with her co worker and get back to drinking her coffee while on the floor. This does not resprsent your business very well. However your other staff have always been poliet and carried out good service. Just this time was not a good experience compared. She seems new she might need more training perhaps.
Went through the drive through and no other customers in sight was told to wait at parking order took well over 15 minutes I am not impressed at all
Second time....Again, getting over charged....I am sure so many customers dont even realize that they are getting over charged.Went in for 6.49 mama combo and they charge 7.49 which is a dollar more... and when I complain they said, theu are sorry, but they dont know what is going on.... not sure what kind of training they go through , but totally useless and dont have any responsibilities for the store.Nice and easy, 6.49 plus tax is 7.33 not 8.46.I had this happened end of March and I had to spend over 30mins to get my money back which was 4.50 at that time, and at the beginning staff kept saying it is right and there is no mistake until I pulled out my phone with calculator.Guys... be careful..... this is really not cool....
All the staff were happy and friendly ..the food was fresh and the place was very clean ! There are two locations in Barrhaven but i will only be going to the one by Cosco from now on :) i was impressed by these “ younger adults “
Took my toddler in to use the bathroom, it was refreshing to not be told "customers only" they even gave my toddler a lollipop when I was telling her I had left my wallet in the car as she was asking for food. I am an A&W fan and will make a point to return to this location, for more than the bathroom, in the future as it was very clean.
Just went in to grab a morning coffee to go. The staff were great. I do love that A&W has meat without hormones and has more and more eco-friendly products, though I haven't researched of there's any green washing happening.
Good taste, but the price was too expensive. $17.50 for 2 breakfast sandwiches with sausage and bacon on both of them, and one hash brown. No drink.

As someone who as worked in an AW, I was not pleased. After ordering I was told to “park” and then come back through the drive thru.. which was strange but ok. But to be followed was me waiting in line for another 15 minutes waiting for my food to be handed to me. This could have been avoided by a staff member bringing it out to me or me waiting in like the extra two minutes (i understand drive through times.. but guys). By the time I got my food it was cold and I was disappointed. Sill not be coming back.
Went to Barrhaven's A&W one close to Costco on Saturday morning, is not really busy but the staffs could not handle it, the bacon & egger combo is really grease.....One thing really upset me that the staffs did not ask the people dine in for the COVID-19 Qcode... For me I don't feel safe and come back to dine in this A&W restaurant again. ?????? ?☕?️
