I ordered at this location today for lunch. I normally really enjoy a&w however today was awful! My teen burger seemed to have been sitting and was cold.I took a bite and for some reason it tasted like fish!!! Gross! 100% I will not be going back here! I went thru the drive thru. And lemme tell ya for 8freaking dollars for a burger I expected way way more! Gross. Will never ever Be back here.
Dined in at 11:15am today. Ordered a Poppa Burger Meal with just mustard and ketchup. After waiting awhile finally the food came, however I think they even put ketchup just mustard. 6 people working behind the counter having a good talk with themselves not working. I had to ask one of the girls to clean a table for me so I could eat in. After some time she wipes the table and wipes all the scraps onto the chairs lol I had to ask her to wipe the chairs. Sitting eating my meal I looked around thinking 2 things 1) there should be a adult during all shifts to make sure the kids are working and being efficient 2) this is a FILTHY restaurant, disgusting walls and everything. Should be torn down and remodeled.
I went through the drive through at 1:30 this afternoon and ordered a teen burger, sweet potato fries and a root beer. The burger, while nicely put together, was cold - then the sweet potato fries were cold too! Had I been eating in I would have returned everything. I was not happy!
Great service and very friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious. I just wanted to add that we were here June 18,2022 at 11:00pm and there was one young lady working at the front who was being harassed by a man outside. He kept tapping on the drive/thru window and wouldn’t leave her alone. She deserves a raise for how she handled the situation. I appreciate her and all the young workers so much. If you see this I hope you’re okay❤️
Waited in line a long time only 2 cars ahead. Finally got to the window and they had no sausage or hash browns at 10 am. No combos available, got the big breakfast no tomatoes , soggy toasts. Forgot to put sugar in coffees. My 3 to 4 times a month going there is 0 now. not first time lost 2 custs here
Cold food, onion rings was a bag of soggy onions with breading chips through out the bag. One hamburger special ordered, but probably special ordered for the A&W burger maker, missing lettuce and pickles. Oh well this place will be placed on my DO NOT ORDER list. Got my money once, will not get it again. Enjoy my $40.......
Management needs to not be under staffed. Drive through after 8 is so bad. They have only 3 workers in the whole restaurant. Only 1 worker is working cash and preparing the orders. 2 workers are cooking that’s it.
Placed my order with 4 cars ahead of me. At Any other fast food place this would be a 5minutes wait. I have been waiting for 20minutes now and there's still one car ahead of me... There is no excuse for this slow of a service...
false advertising. they announce that they’re open 24/7 yet always happen to be closed every time i drive by. don’t waste your time
