My wife and I went for a couple of burgers for lunch. $30.00 later it was the shttiest burgers we've ever had. We couldn't even have supper as we had the runs and barfed our brains out. Loved the commercials, but the food was horrendous. Have called A&W and didn't get anywhere. I will be calling again. What absolute low quality dog food all for 30 bucks for two rancid burgers. Will keep calling as that food was disgusting ?
This drive thru experience was ok. I guessed the girls had a long day forgetting putting some dressing on order.
I'm loving the chubby chicken. My husband thinks it's funny that I go to a hamburger place to get chicken, but would definitely recommend. It's delicious.
I frequent A&W for their Beyond Meat burgers. They're always delicious with fresh lettuce, Pickles, onion & tomato. So great. This one is open 24 hrs & very friendly service.
I'm from the US and had to service the tech inside of this A&W. While the chicken I think is lack luster, the food is great. And being a service tech I had to deal with the back office.They clean this place constantly. Every time there's a lull, they are mopping and cleaning everything that food touches. It's very clean, one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever been to. And the food is fresh served to the customer!
Best A&W in Ottawa. Even at two in the morning, the fellow who served us was super amazing and chipper. Hot, fresh food and they've added smoothies and shakes to the menu.
Fast and friendly service. Made a fresh pot of coffee as opposed to 1/3 of dregs of previous pot. Very impressive customer service
Love that you can customize the burger to be lettuce wrapped. Good quality of burger but the prices are so high! We only go if we have coupons otherwise it can be 60$ for a 4 person meal. The onion rings are probably my favourite thing offered.
Quick fast, staff is very attentive and caring. The only reason why I am not giving him a five-star it's literally because they're not a high class restaurant. But it's pretty well kept for a fast food joint, it is also extremely clean.
Place has really gone downhill in last 6 months, getting orders wrong 2 ou 3 times for us. Ordered the All-Canadian breakfast, got a box without bacon and sausage...I can make eggs at home. Too bad, this used to be the best fast food option in the neighborhood.
