Love the drive through aesthetics. But this place needs better operational management. Sometimes out of stuff, and slow service even during low traffic hours. Very inconsistent.Been to many A&W. It's the only fast food beef she can eat. This one just has under performing execution.
It's fast food, right? Tasty but I miss their Whistle Dogs and I lament that you can't get a large drink when ordering from the drive-thru.
I think this is the last time I will go here. I had one situation at the drive-thru where there was a long wait. Next time I tried their new coffee … not sure what was wrong with the “old”coffee but it was a lot better. Today … cold French fries … I mean cold … no heat coming off of them. Disappointing given that there are other local A&W locations which are consistent good.
I haven't been here for a while but I was pleasantly surprised by how good their burgers are, and service was fast, friendly, and reasonable prices.
It was unusually busy due to a bad storm and a massive power outage. The staff did their best. Our cashier who later we spoke with outside said she was from the kanata location and was asked to come help. She was amazing hands down
No shakes and pretty expensive. $16+ for a papa burger, medium root beer and sweet potato fries. I thought there was a mistake.

20 minutes to prepare my breakfast eggs were supposed to be easy over one was medium. Toast not buttered just a chunk of butter in the middle of toast. Breakfast sandwich eggs where rubbery. I don't complain a lot but even the previous customer came back in to get his eggs remade and he said : these eggs are not over easy / manager said so you want your eggs runny ... I want them over easy as I ordered not over hard. Will not be returning.
