ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ❤❤❤ The vibe there is super chill and the food is the best. the "small" poutine was anything but. we had the beef pita, falafel and poutine, split it between the 2 of us because the portions are generous. I can't say enough good things about this place. definitely a favourite now and will be back next time we are in Ottawa. it was so good we had it 2 days in a row ?

Awesome food!!! Wonderful people!!!!We ordered 2 small (which aren't small at all) poutines, with 2 types of meat and garlic potatoesDelicious!!!!

You will never believe a restaurant so tiny can offer you such a welcoming experience! Coming here was truly the highlight of my weekend in Ottawa, haven't felt love and freedom in this way for the past 2 years, thank you for having us while no one else opened their doors to freedom!

This one broke my heart to write, since I've enjoyed their food since I was a student. But depending where you stand, I can't in good conscience eat here anymore. No masks, no gloves in the middle of a pandemic. Additionally, when the trucker occupation happened, seems an owner was mingling (maskless) with the truckers. This restaurant's FB page shows just as much that they were supportive of the trucker occupation. To each their own, but no longer for me.

Best shawarma ever! I usually get the large chicken shawarma wrap. The chicken has so much flavour and they give you a very good portion. Their shawarma plates are also very good! The owners are seriously so welcoming and friendly, you feel the love as soon as you walk in! I give them a 10/10! You guys rock!!

BEST!!!! Went yesterday with some friends and got the best shawarma plates that were loaded high. Everything was fresh and delicious. Most wonderful part were the two guys working: THANK YOU guys!

fast service, good delicious food, no fuss verity late evening dining, nice clean and friendly for not locals

Three brothers is a great chain. HOWEVER, this location should be avoided. I ordered two shawarma poutines, which are usually very very good. But at this location, there are issues with the food.First of all, it's not hard to know when fries are cooked. It's really not hard. But apparently, it was for this location. The fries in the poutine were still HARD. Nasty. Why would anyone in their right mind serve undercooked fries. More of, several of my fries were black. Not like black, like they've been kept in the fryer too long, no, they were rotten black. Nasty again. Jeez guys, come on.The chicken on the shawarma poutine, was meh. Pretty bland, not seasoned very well. Gravy was good, I mean it's hard to mess that up...Customers need to wear masks, but not employees? What gives, dont wanna catch to ol' ronna from the bros, ya kno.The restaurant was very clean, nice. Good job. But come on guys, fries... not hard.I would give 0/5, but it's not an option. So I gave 1/5.P.s. I hope I dont get sick.

Please close your restaurant. Serving terrible food with insanely high prices. Why is your staff always forcing people to order more and charge extra for a simple sauce? Are you guys mentally okay? I really hope you guys fix up your act and not act like little children when someone gives you a little criticism.

The one star is a no brainer. No masks, no gloves. They use the cash and move on directly to the next customer without washing hands or wearing gloves and wrap sandwiches just like that! I immediately changed my order to only a poutine (that I can heat at home) and it definitely was not like it used to be years ago, was not worth it. I was asked about my order 3 times and it was only one item mind you. also staff are kinda pushy getting people to order and impolite. Very unfortunate.
