Ordered five items, I had to park and wait for the nuggets but when I got the bag they hadn’t added the wraps I had 100 percent ordered. When I went inside, instead of being helpful, the young girls at the counter just printed off the receipt and rudely said I didn’t pay for any. I don’t mind mistakes happening but how about some kindness, or an apology or something. I would have ordered it again but they were so dismissive I just left hungry.

This place need to be closed down I bought a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken in the middle was raw oh my goodness man close DOWN!!!! Or fire the little kids y’all have working there thank God I realized the chicken was raw before I got food poisoning very disgusting the Wendy’s in Ajax is the best !!

My dad drove to the nearest Wendy’s to get dinner tonight for himself (which is about a 30 minute round trip). When he got home and opened his wrap this was all that was inside. This is a waste of money and not ok. More or less he’s extremely disappointed.

Food is good but the drive thur is very slow, doesn't matter when you go, will always be waiting awhile. Been to other Wendy's and never had a problem with waiting.

Spent 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. They prioritize skip the dishes and don’t focus at all on the 6 people in front of them. Good food though.

Soggy burger. New owners are investors don't know how to run restraunts. I have tried and tryed to come back because Wendy's was amazing before they paper thin tomato slimy wet burger. I'm going to give last time I come back

The person taking my order, even after me repeating it 3 times very slowly, she got my complete order incorrect. REMEMBER ALWAYS ✔️ YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING OR PAYING AT THIS WENDY'S. I phoned immediately they said they would send me a coupon for my order. They sent me a salad coupon. I have no teeth. Nice.Go the the KING ST W OSHAWA Wendy's. There a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The food at this location is getting better but I wish they would work on their customer service. When the manager doesn't say a word to you in drive thru when she is handing you your food, not even a your welcome after saying thank you, it's no wonder the rest of the staffs customer service sucks. The staff is a reflection of the leadership team.

I live close enjoy the food, but for the umpteen time grrrr they can't get the order right,even asked to double check it very politely, and even after I caught the mistake, THEY STILL GAVE ME 100%not WHAT I OREDERD I understand the staff are young but regardless it's not rocket science, ?,I guess head office email is needed .

After my last visit to this location I vowed not to return. Our burgers were a sloppy mess, just thrown together. Overall not a good experience. We gave the location another try tonight. My expectations weren’t too high as it was busy and the wait inside a bit long to get our order. When we got home I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were still pretty hot and better than in the past. The burgers were put together perfectly, better than I’ve ever seen at any Wendy’s franchise. They could use a better method for the delivery service pickups. They clog up the counter space and it gets a bit chaotic. You won me back Wendy’s.
