They ALWAYS get my order wrong. No french vanilla in a fresh vanilla one time. They always put tomatoes on my sandwich which I have allergies to. Breakfast sandwich I ordered without egg all the time which they insist to put on everytime. Yet I keep going back. Hmm.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too.. I bought a coffee an left about an hour later there about 1/3 left in the cup and it was all coffee grans (about half inch deep) was on the bottom. When I went there to tell them they were like we cant help u with out a recite, I told them i didn't want a new one. Well I was there (mind u it's been an hour) an other lady came up with the same problem. They never said sorry then tried to blame it on the coffee machine. I told them to do there job and clean it an they said (the manager) told me never to come back..WORST-CASE WITH CUSTOMER CARE. DIRTY NAST PLACE. BE CAREFUL BUY ANYTHING THERE. I I COULD ID GIVE THIS PLACE A -5 STARS. JUST A GROSE PLACE
Though you will see long drive-thru lines, this location is well organized & the lines move well. This location also gets your order right! Staff is friendly.
It is a very nice time Hortons although even with very little customers they seem a little slow. They are nice and I would give five starts but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to order and get my food when there is only me and another customer inside.
Chicken in the wrap felt like a piece of brick, couldn't bite it was so hard. Obviously it was old and over cooked. Potato wedges were old too hard to eat. Nothing is good here other than coffee. Also long waiting in drive Thru.
Honestly, I don't know what the staff were on the last time I was here. We waited in the drivethru (for 2 drinks, no food) for a solid 15 minutes while the staff repeatedly tried to give the incorrect items to the car ahead of us. Got so bad that people were rolling down their windows and shouting. Is there not a precedent for asking a car to park if there's an issue to be sorted out? I'll be avoiding this franchise from now on.
Made a mobile order to be ready at 5:20 didn’t get it untill 5:50pm ordered a soup! No soup at 530 when your open till 11???? No donuts I ordered they gave me muffins instead 7 people behind the counter and my boyfriend was the only one IN STORE to pick up my order and he waited almost half hour PATHETIC
GreetingsThank you very much Madam for this bagel I am Tim's client for years now, please if you can take this to your Baker and management I am at this location about 5 days out of the week often twice a day! Put in some thoughts towards making Tim bits with olives onions and cheese! I am putting thoughts in paying from 50¢ to 75¢ or a bagel with olives and onions and cheese bits of bacon would pay from 2.50$ to 2.60-2.75$.Thank you again I am sorry how challenging matters can be from different clientele to occurrences in every day. I am major fan of your advertisements and big support of Tim Hortons mission. Happy to see "Double Double" became a thing show spirit of the community and happier to see "Double Double" on the market.Please consider you can make olives onions and cheese bits and bagel with bran will taste good. I used to love this Tim hortons. It is a 3 minute walked from my house, but at this point, I rather drive to a next one. They have gone downhill. I noticed the employee on the drive-thru speaker repeats the order in a very annoying manner that takes a long time when he repeats it. Maybe that is what is causing the long order taking. Everyday for roughly a month now, even if there are 2 or 3 cars, it takes me 20 min to get one icecap. It does not make sense! Please do something about your service!!
Great location and one or two great staff unfortunately thats all the good I can honestly say. .Bei g a reg for the past month I have eye witnessed Multiple encounters were staff is ridiculing costumers right in front ofthem! Very unprofessional and lack of leadership and store front customer service has alot to learn. The Bathroom is is buzz in only due to the the lack of security and drug use on site. If anything i would use drive through only.
