Tim Hortons coffee is in my daily routine, if not taken, I feel something is missing , I like it and it is the best, I love dark roast with one cream and I take the best advantage of there App to have free coffee

Unable to correctly complete an order 9 times out of 10, not sure why...? The menu also seems to be based on the mood of the staff that day, they can’t ever seem to decide what’s discontinued or what they’re out of.
Some of the staff needs to be retained on customer service.....need to stop packing up so early...this store needs HELP
No costumer service rode cashiers every time when I order the same lady give me wrong coffee and bagel
Did a mobile order at 10pm for pickup and location was scheduled to close at 11pm. Showed up at 10:10pm and the location was already closed. I had prepaid for my order so I have reached out to head office for a refund but what a waste of time. Don't go here after 10pm as another review also indicated they close early sometimes.
Dine in open but do to Covet19. If you see a recently used table. I'd strongly suggest taking your food to go. Maybe stay home or in your car
