I really hope someone able to make changes can look at this. Staff are all kind and courteous but that is not the problem here. It is sooooo slow. It's inside a mall, so many peow rely on their mid shift break or lunch to get food or coffee here. If you end up in a line of even 4 people consider 20 to 25mins gone. I have never seen a Tim's so slow. Please do something or at least have the kiosks working but then I don't even think they can keep up with the kiosks orders. It's very bad.
Spent 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru before even getting to the speaker to order. Was only 4 cars in front of us. Actively avoiding this location now. Not worth the time spent waiting in the drive thru. Not the first time I've waited far longer than should be expected at this location.
2 men working, slow as can be. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and only 1 was made. I inquired about the 2nd one and the lad saod I only ordered 1. Apparently his listening skills are not there. Also, i ordered 2 drinks. 1 was made effeciently. 2nd one took a bit to find a cup, then find the sauce to put in the cup. The drinks were fine. Back to my simply sausage with cheese on english muffin. Never thought to check it until i was driving away. Oh look, NO cheese. I dont have time to go back now. I am busy. Won't be going there again. For an order that should have taken less than 5 minutes was almost 10.

Absolutely love the staff here! Some of them are very approachable and welcoming! Especially the older ladies here!
The saleswoman was not a competent person because when I asked for scanning my Tim Hortons app she didn't guide me properly. She was very rude and unprofessional.

Great staff at this location!
This tim Hortons is at pretty busiest place. This place is always crowded with people. Long wait times, smaller place compared to the foot falls this place has. Apart from this everything is good about this one. Staff is so kind and humble. Self serve kiosk are not working
