I would give no stars but you can't, everything I order on skip from this location they always mess something on my order up. Pay attention to your orders and read them properly and send out correct items. Tim hortons is the absolute worst whether your order online or drive through.
This location in Oshawa on Simcoe is the worst! They lock the doors so no foot traffic can enter. Only drive through. The garbage are pulled high. There is no excuse. If they are THAT busy they should hire someone else to help out. A homeless woman wad washing her feet outside the door one day upon entry. Gee, that made me want to buy lunch!! The staff do not clean bathrooms and allow the homeless to use them as bathing rooms. Not appealing!!
Tables not cleaned and utterly rude young lady at counter who apparently needs to learn about civil behaviour and customer service. As an added plus you get to share this experience with the feral inhabitants of this section of Oshawa....avoid.....avoid......avoid
Lied on google about being dine in for 5 am so they usually pop the door open at 6 am standing here at 6:05am doors still locked. Edit: tried again a week later 6:51 doors still locked with a snobby employee outside being rude to me because i was trying to get in, place is truly disgusting employees and all.
The most sketchy tims I have every visited. Please don’t ever walk in. The place is always full of weird sketchy people starring at you and making signs as if they are asking for smokes and stuff. ??
Never enough staff at front till. Usually only 1 poor staff member there running raghed to deal with long lines.6 to 8 people on drive through and walk ins wait forever! Sad.
the Tim Hortons on Simcoe Street south in Oshawa, closes their bathrooms to patrons at 8PM
So much garbage everywhere on the property. I have never seen so many cigarette butts EEEW. Tim Hortons needs to take responsibility for the waste it produces and the waste on it's properties. The lease you could do is have one of your staff do a daily garbage cleanup before the wind takes it away and it ends up in the river.
Use to be 5 stars but now it's the crack heads hangout spot between being harassed for smokes or change or just over all uncomfortable unsafe place to be. Drama inside and out cops called constantly. The workers are nice I can give them the five stars they do what they can with everything that's going on with the crack heads and homeless
The only place that gets my order correct everytime!!! The area not so great!!
