My family and I never experience this in our lives, the staffs were rude, racist and don't know how to treat their customers. When my daughter asked to open the lady's washroom, the staff said to use the men washroom, a white lady walked after us to use the washroom the staff opened the lady's washroom for her. This incident happened on June 29th at 7:30pm. Our day was ruined by this place, still is bothering us. We are sure that the color people shouldn't go hear, it's a painful experience. The staff served the food in an appropriate way, she threw the food on our table....the management should do something about this. The bill shows the tim horton #12, you can see the footage to understand how the staff treated us.
I love tim hortons but this tim hortons is horrible only because of the staff. They are rude, loud and the grossest things are the were fake vomiting and sneezing all around the food. I will never go back to this tim hortons ever. This has been a very sad experience.
They couldn't make a proper drink, because they were out of something, but the employer behind the counter was very polite...need more selections

We waited in a long drive thru line only to face disappointment. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that arrived with cold cheese piled up inside it and not even melted. It was gross.Unfortunately we we’re almost on the highway when I opened it.My worst experience at Tim Horton’s so far.
Fast and friendly staff, orders are correct and and sandwiches are usually hot.
The best Tim Hortons I have ever been to! I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Also I want to give a special thanks to Jenny, she provided such great service and showed the best attitude to her costumers! Truly amazing! Thank you very much!

Staff are friendly but when asked if cookies are Cookies are fresh they say yes but theyre always rock hard and chalky tasting..selling old stale cookies..try a different location
