Excellent little local pub, my wife and I went there for lunch today and I could not believe the quality of the food. We shared the cheese rice croquette: amazing! You just don’t find that type of app in a regular pub. I had the spicy chicken and bacon wrap with the sweet potato fries - everything about it was right! Fresh veggies, amazing chicken, and the fries were so good. My wife had the jerk chicken tacos and they were just amazing, what an explosion of flavours in your mouth! Also, I thought that the food presentation was like an expensive downtown pub (yet with a local pub pricing): elegant, clean dishes, and from what I could tell, nothing was put in the microwave. Our server was awesome, super polite, knowledgeable, and of great service overall. Last point: I love the fact that they work with some local breweries (Old Flame in Port Perry and Brock Street in Whitby). I am a huge fan of supporting local business and my wife and I left the pub today with a strong desire to come back. We can’t wait to try the other unique things on the menu. As a bonus, we sat outside in the patio looking at the Harmony creek reserve and listening to birds and nature. Congratulations for running a small business that in our view, adds a lot of value to our neighbourhood. We are fans now!
we arrived in the afternoon for dinner me and my group weren't even seated properly we were just told to pick a seat and our host came to our table and through down a bunch of menu's but she did gave us to many so we had 4 extra when we were taking our order she had a lot of attitude the food was ok but the service was terrible.
This was our first time ordering here. We were impressed with how well the food tasted. We tried the buffalo cauliflower. This was delicious. The red pepper spinach dip was also delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
A great local pub. Food can be very good here. Smaller pub friendly people obviously can’t have the huge draft selection. Our go to take out place during Covid. Order direct if possible.
Six of my girlfriends had lunch today; five had various salads and loved everyone…I had the cottage pie…it was fabulous and so large I took half home to my hubby who also loved it. Our waitress was friendly and excellent! Thank you for such an enjoyable lunch and atmosphere! We will be back!

Been here a few times and everytime is great. Chatted with the owner tonight and he is super nice and passionate about his restaurant. The food is homemade and not from frozen. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. We had Buffalo cauliflower, a Drunken chicken sandwich and Philly steak Flatbread. So amazing. Can't wait to try the patio.
They are such a great group of people. Hard working and proud of what they do.
I love the French onion soup here a lot. The stuffed mushrooms were okay. Chicken parm was fine as well. Honestly the first bartender I had who was newer was super friendly and amazing, but the second time I went the server I had seemed like we were bothering her by being there. She was there the first time I went as well and I distinctly remember thinking she seemed unfriendly. I went for Fishbowl Fridays and despite having seen the menu for them the first time I went she told me the second time they didn’t have one. It seemed like a promising spot to hang out at first, but after the cold reception last time I won’t go back since I get the impression she’s there a lot.
Had wings. This is my go to and a good indicator of the pub food when I try a place. They were really good. The wings are slightly breaded, so along with being very meaty, they have a great crunch under whatever flavour you have. I ordered hot, but should have ordered Frank's Red Hot. The pub's hot is more intense than just Frank's. Have to remember for next time. I can't believe they have several more intense levels of heat than I had.My partner had fish tacos and they were big and very tasty. Had to take one home. We also ordered the Buffalo cauliflower as an app. You must try these. They are really good too! The beer was really cold so all together was exactly what I needed. Going back again soon for more wings.Love to support these local folks.
