The General thia chicken was good but the rice they serve me was uncooked. It was like hard as peanuts. The guy keeps on working while the girl on the cashier stand waiting for customer only.
Worst pad thai from thai express I’ve ever had. It is too sweet. The location at the Oshawa Centre is 10x better. Should’ve known when I didn’t see any East Asians cooking. Please hire people who actually know what they are doing.
Worst Thai rice I’ve ever had. So bland and the pineapples weren’t even sweet. Might as well been Cambodian rice. Container was falling apart. Rice was 2/10! I can’t believe this place still has the lights on

THIS IS THE WORST THAI EXPRESS IVE EVER BEEN TO IN CANADA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I’ve never reviewed any place in my life but oh boy this place was so bad that I just needed to post and review. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken (battered) and they gave me plain plastic chicken! I didn’t want to argue with the cashier so instead I just ask for the manager. The manager was terrible refuse to change my order and/or pay me back!If you are the owner you really need to fire your manager and really train your employees with customer service skills. Changing the order shouldn’t be a big deal for big corporate like Thai express. Terrible way to handle things.PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I think this is hands down the worst thai express location in all of ontario. Their chicken is repulsive and is like eating elastic bands, their vegetables taste disgusting. first time ordering here i had to throw out my food because it was doused in this grainy sand like black pepper. second and last time was today because i was desperate for the cleanest option around. after 10 minutes of a jaw exercise trying to eat there chicken stir fry i threw it all up. somthing ain’t kosher bout this location, my body straight up rejected this disgusting “food”. Don’t go here.
I love Thai express but his location had consistently provided the worst service ever. The quality of food is extremely poor and I’m just really really disappointed.
Went there for supper tonight. As always I ordered the Thai rice with extra chicken and no sauce because i don't like the spice. The guy cooking it says oh so he wants extra sauce right and starts laughing with attitude. I knew then I was in for a treat. he throws it all together and cooked it for no more than ten seconds with attitude. I have been going there since it opened a few years ago and every time i said what i wanted i never have a problem. anyway he threw it in the pan about ten seconds and i knew it wasn't cook so i am the idiot for taking it. I should of told him to shove it you know here. i got home and sure enough it wasn't cook at all. I threw it in the garbage and I'm out 18 bucks for a tub of garbage. The young punks these days have no respect for anything and think they are owed the world. If I was the boss which I remember working there for a long time should fire this moron. but then again don't bother because I wont be back.
This is ridiculous..you guys charge for extra sauce and gave my fried rice so dry!! So not really sure why I'm paying the extra dollar ?..
I ordered red chicken curry, the same order I've been getting for nearly 20 years at multiple Thai Express locations.It was nearly $14 and the chicken was terrible, old, dry, chewy pre-cooked leftovers.The flavor was decent, as well as the portion.If the meat was cooked fresh like other locations I would consider eating here again.
