Worst toco bell in Ontario… I ordered my meals and then waited half and hour and the manager said the food was already made and when never received anything, she then gave us attitude and snapped and said bring our receipt after 40 minutes of waiting for 2 meals we got our food. There was tons of staff just standing around not knowing what to do. Next time if the family is craving Taco Bell I will drive to the Oshawa center 15 minutes away

It took ten minutes to fold tortillas, squirt meat sauce and throw a empty cup on the counter. The man before engaged the manager in a battle for 15 sauce packets. She was quoting supply chain issues like as if they were computer processors. Aluminum foil packets with like a gram of left over tomato slicing garbage mixed with pre-measured powder must be scarce in her homeland.

Super slow service. Be prepared to wait for 15-20 min for the smallest of the order. I think at this store the priority is the drive thru customers first. Not the first time I have experienced poor service at tacobell.

Terrible customer service. My order was placed with Door Dash with no issues. The order arrived as expected, however most of the order was either missing or incorrect. The receipt was 100% correct so it was filled wrong at the store. The store places blame on Door Dash and refused to do anything about it. Door Dash is not at fault! The store manager refused to take my call after the employee I spoke to originally claimed to be the manager.

Service at this location is slow as hell. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order, wasn't busy either. This is the second time it's happened and both times orders we messed up as well. I did speak to a manager but my complaint was shrugged off.

Very slow service. Online order said ready for 520 and was waiting for 25 minutes for my order. Several other customers left while I was waiting. Not sure what the deal was that day or if that is a regular occurrence.I also received the wrong drink, nobody was taking storefront orders and the whole thing seemed disorganized and chaotic.

Poor service ordered fries supreme only received half order. Have to repeat order many times. Wish there was another location close by

Ordered through Uber Eats and on Taco Bell’s end they didn’t punch in half of my order. So I paid for things that the restaurant didn’t even make so therefore I did not receive half of my order. When I called them, the manager said “too bad so sad” “Contact uber”. Well I now paid taxes, service fees and delivery charges on an order total that was for my full amount. Uber doesnt refund this difference only for the actual missing items. Sad that the manager even admitted that they make alot of mistakes… why not just doible check if you guys always screw up. Dont be a manager if you do not know how to manage your staff. The manager completely blew me off over the phone. I know it’s ‘just taco bell’ but I’m still a paying customer.

Not bad, staff could have a better attitude and stop ignoring customers when they walk in, also some real beef please.

Love this place wonderful service, great food, meals always hot, you can go in and order, they have a drive throw staff are friendly and helpful they have washrooms opened of course they wear face masks and clean after every customer they do not ask to see proof of vaccine.
