I came here with the hubby we ordered the quarter chicken meal white meat and the chicken was not even cooked properly it was pink all around! My hubby got really sick after eating the meal! How can the cooks just serve pink undercooked meat! No impressed at all!! Never again!!
We usually get take out from here and they are always good at getting everything ready. Never have to worry about missing items. Also great food of course! 10/10
I do not recommend coming here, if it is for a special occasion or just dinner, I’d your getting delivered don’t. The food itself is not good here there are so many locations at the same price point with much better food, I got my chicken raw when I went. And bad service.

Went for dinner last night with my daughter. Had to wait at the door for a few minutes until someone noticed we were standing there to be seated. Considering it wasn't too busy it was already a little disappointing. I ordered the club wrap with no cheese and a salad. It came out with a long brown hair in it. Sent it back and they brought a new one with cheese, I said I would just pick it out myself at this point. Ate half and pulled the cheese out of the second half only to find, you guessed it, more hair! At that point I was just done with the whole experience. My daughter finished her food (chicken strips with fries, no issues that I could see) and they comped my meal and apologized. I did somewhat expect my daughter's to be comped as well considering my second order was even worse than the first, but it's fine. Safe to say I unfortunately won't be back
Cost , like everything is higher, new menus is harder to follow, several people mentioned this also while we were there. Was atopic of conversation at many tables. Cost for sides is upgrade fee only. Not noted fir a stand alone purchase. But the staff was pleasant, food was cooked well, tasted like swiss chalet should. Getting so hard to eat out now a days.
Service: Got seated pretty fast but had to wait over 20 mins until we got a server to our table. (Understand that they may have forgotten our table but don't display attitude when confront with our concern) (the place wasn't busy) (maybe they were new? Idk but service wise, not great)Food: Food was good but the dinner roll was obviously old/staleOverall: Not bad but not great, probably will still go in the future but hopefully their service will improve.
I was very disappointed with the order I placed last night. My first order was set aside I was not told that there was no delivery to your car. After waiting and waiting in my car, I finally went in to find that my order had been ready for quite a while. I guess it was the manager who asked me would I I take the first order. I said no because it was not very hot .. He took back the order and said he would replace it with a fresh, hot order. When I got home both quarter chickens were cold. The fries were ice cold, hard and greasy.. My worst takeout experience at Swiss Chalet.
UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN & POOR QUALITY OVERALL - I ordered for pickup the new crispy chicken & a 1/2 ch dinner. See attached picture of RAW, I mean red at the bone, undercooked chicken. Threw it out immediately. The crispy chicken was sitting on top of a pickle spear (which was now hot, flat and greasy) and the baked potato had no butter or sour cream in the bag.
My food was great on Thursday as usual! Tim my server was great and the bubbly hostess put a smile on my face! I also enjoy how clean this restaurant is. It makes you feel safe during these times.
