Very friendly staff. went there just before closing time. there were few online orders pending but staff there kept their calm and made my sandwich to perfection as I wanted. being Vegetarian I asked them to use clean knife and changed gloves. they did it promptly without hesitation so sought out to folks working there.
Was really craving a subway sub for a while and was disappointed that they decided not to give me the full scoop of protein for my sandwich. Guy filled it about 3/4 and called it good.If you eat here might want to remind them to give you the full serving your paying for.
Friendly staff, nice customer service, all veggies looked so fresh, the place was clean and followed all covid-19 rules.

Toppings were not fresh and you could 100% tell. Lettuce was browning, cucumbers as well. The onions looked like they were there all day and night started shrinking/ looking mushy. Not to.mention the chicken container looked like it hasn't been washed in a week or so. There was like white frost and dip dripped all over it.It's obvious the toppings were not changed in a while. Beware.

Did a mobile order. Sub was ready on time but *incredibly* skimpy on toppings. Asked for extra onions and there was literally 4 pieces on the entire 12” sub. All other toppings lacking. Bun was dry to top it all off.Won’t come back to this location.
Love this location. Given the pandemic I am very cautious of where I go if I ever get takeout. This place has become my go-to spot because of how safe, clean, and professional the staff are. One girl in particular (starts with a J, can't remember it for the life of me) is always washing her hands, always wiping down surfaces, and changes her gloves all the time. Exactly what I like to see during this pandemic, and is why I give this place my business. 10/10 would recommend.
I have had very good gluten free subs at other subway locations. Today I had to worst sandwich. The Laval drive location - bad service, sloppy, bad customer service. Very disappointed.
