I was there recently on a Sunday morning and we were greeted by a very nice woman. She made the two best foot long sandwiches ever! She took her time and she was friendly. I highly recommend this location to all you subway lovers!!
Enjoyed their new spicy crispy chicken sandwich , at a great price, staff were great and friendly, nice to see.All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants
I ordered 2 of their Pototo bun sidekicks along with a footlong subs and a salad combo. I ordered kline picked it up. The sub and salad were fine. However, they made my sidekick with a white bun instead of a potato bun without asking me. When I noticed and asked, she said, "It's the same thing, it just doesn't taste like potatoes." What?!?! I asked for a different type of bread as I don't like white bread. She said, "No! Potato is white so we substitute white bread." Even after several polite requests and telling her that I don't eat white bread, she continued making it and dismissed any request to cancel the potatoes bun sidekicks or changing my order to something else. She ignored me the rest of the time and moved on to the next person. I love Subway and was dumbfounded by how I was treated at this location.

We were long time customers of this Subway Sub shop until now.We walked into this Subway and observed the employee working behind the counter preparing the food was NOT wearing a face mask or face covering of any type as required by public health order. This in the middle of a pandemic. For our own protection we turned around and left going elsewhere.For obvious reasons we would recommend NOT using this Subway location.
Only location in Oshawa where veggies are always fresh, sandwiches made quickly and properly. Polite staff. Covid conscious
I never had issues at any Subway location. Here the girl had good customer service. The guy was probably new and he half destroyed my bread when opening it. I didn't care, I was going to eat it anyways, but the biggest issue was the amount of fruit flies and common flies. They were everywhere.
I stopped in here one night last week (Oct 13 or 14) around 8:30pm. When the server walked up to the counter (in front of the sub ingredients) a big pile of tiny fruit flies scattered off all the food. Kind of gross.I asked the server if he saw all the fruit flies and he kind of sheepishly nodded and just brushed it off and asked what my order was. I told him the flies were a no-go for me and that I was leaving.
Infested with fruit flies! Walked right out! The owner or management needs to call Pest Control A.S.A.P.
