I placed an order 3 days in advance and prepaid over $300.Still waited over 45min. They kept on serving other customers first before filling my order. 18 hungry soccer players waiting for there lunch between games. Never come to this location.
I ordered 2 veggie patty subs online today.When I opened it after reaching home they were veggie delite instead.I called to talk about it and the lady on the other side first refused saying I ordered veggie delite.I asked her to first check my order and then she said we were out of stock for veggie patty hence she built veggie delite.I asked her why didn't she inform when my husband was there to pick up the order.I dont understand why they dont pay attention while building the order and then try to cover it up lame excuses.She offered me 1 foot long free sub on my next purchase while she ruined 2 subs today.It's not about the money or matching the price difference but about customer satisfaction.
horrible experience. worst customer service, they wouldn’t make the sub my bf was telling them to make piece by piece. he wanted a BLT and they kept making him a BMT even when he tried to correct them. they gave the wrong bread and left out bacon on a supposed to be BLT???? and didn’t give cheese, gave italian herb and cheese bread, instead of italian bread and cheese. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! other subways have staff capable of making a simple blt sandwich off the menu. literally paid for lettuce and tomato on the wrong bread…
My chicken is cold yet employees think they deserve a tip with slight rude tone after when saying goodbye. This is exactly why I dont tip Fast Food. Employees cant even do their job but expect the world Haaaa !! Mr Sub it is from now on.
