Girl working first of all saw us coming and locked the door 20 mins before closing at 9:10pm , then after we waited at the door for a minute or two finally opened the door with an attitude, then after we had ordered our subs and they were made we asked to get the subs grilled, then proceeded to tell us the machine was turned off and she wouldn’t be able to turn it back on because now it was too close to closing time… I understand if we had walked in at 9:25pm or something but 20 mins before close is a little too early, very unhappy with the overall experience

I'm a cyclist I ride a lot I love subway I can have lots of carbohydrates if I want or go completely vegetarian I have never had a sub from any subway I stopped hear just recently The staff were pleasant I explained I'm a Google Guide and asked if I could take pictures to post No prob A lot. Of places when there's no real supervisor.on site They say no They don't want to do something they shouldn't have So thank you for allowing me to take pics and have the privilege to say 5 alll the way I will be stopping buy again for sure ?

The absolute rudest staff I’ve ever encountered! No bottles of Pepsi in the refrigerator so I helped myself to a warm one in the case sitting on the floor beside the fridge and the lady behind the counter lost her mind on me! Yelled at me for 2-3 minutes and even after I explained to her why I grabbed the one on the floor there was no appeasing her. Paid for my meals and left and she was still cutting me attitude! I’ll never go back!...In response- even if that was the case (which I don’t think it was) was yelling at a paying customer for 2-3 minutes the best solution??

I was with my sister and we stopped in with just over 30 minutes before closing (reading store hours posted on window of door) and attempted to enter but door was locked. At that point I seen a sign on the door to knock which I did and the woman put down the mop she was mopping the floor with and came to the door and unlocked it but only opened it a crack (maybe 4 inches) and spoke to us the whole time holding the door open a bit. We asked if they served coffee as it was cold out and we wanted something to warm us up. She said sorry the coffee machine was broken so I asked if I could use the washroom and her reply was., it was out of order. We got the impression of was almost closing time and she was cleaning up and didn't want to have to clean the floor if we went inside as it was snowing so our shoes and my wheelchair would've made a mess. Just seemed odd the code machine and washroom both had issues. I just think she was lazy so that's why I give this Subway 1 Star because if the woman working.Update:It was Thursday, Dec 16-2021 at about 7:45pm. I have it on my timeline that we continued on to another shop just past your shop on the opposite side of the street and we got to that shop at 7:57pm so that's why I figured out was about 7:45pm we were at your shop.
We enjoy our lunch here every day, best Subway in town. Amazing customer service, always clean.
Always a great sub when I come here. Just a bit disappointed that the sign on the door says they’re closed for 2 days for maintenance, but it’s been almost 2 weeks now.
I have been made ill 2x eating the cold cuts from this Subway. My daughter and her friends from college...the same. The food here is not fresh, the staff is dismissive, and the people hanging around the front of this shop asking for change is HIGH!
