My first bad experience at a Starbucks in north America .Coffee was completely cold and seems it was served in a old cup ,coffee overspilled and completely dried on the cup.Either they serve the coffee which was previously made or they used a old messy cup.Absolutely disgusting and worst experience ever .But the girl was taking order in the drive thru was full of energy and provided a good customer experience while taking order though .
I am absolutely disgusted and appalled with this order today—there was a wasp in my drink. I only noticed it afterwards because it was in with all the berries. I highly suggest that the staff at not just this location but ALL look at what they're putting into each customer's drink more closely to ensure that nothing inedible like a wasp is put in before being served to them. This is unsanitary and a health hazard.
Great service and quality but the drive thru is usually pretty busy and pours out into the parking lot. Would recommend to order ahead on the app and go inside.
I went through the drive through to inquire about the Strawberry hibiscus drink a Toronto friend told me was a 'must-try'. Whoever the lady was on the headset was the most unpleasant rep ever. Unfortunately this drink had been discontinued in Oshawa but she talked to me like I was a child. I haven't been since, thank God Timmies is right across ?
