Very good service. They were out of certain things still offered another drink as a compensation. Loved their frappachino and cinamon latte.

A really friendly team at this location. Always puts a smile on my family's faces and are quick to fix anything that may not be just what we were looking for. Oh and my dogs think the puppichinos are worthy of full body waggles :)

Was very disappointed with our order . We understand there are shortages on certain items but usually we are told before spending $20 on items that are missing the key ingredientThe mango dragon fruit lemonade is not the same without the dragon fruit.. would happily went to another Starbucks if told there were no fruit bits ..

Very friendly service at the drive thru! I didn’t catch his name but there was a gentlemen who handed me my drink with short black hair and he waved me goodbye! Super nice!

This Starbucks location has good vibes and very laidback, the team players are friendly to customers and amongst themselves. New decor with low set counter, light teakwood colour furnishings, working benched table with UB charger outlets. Bright large window panes with natural sunlight, pleasant interactions with customers with no loud music. The chairs are uncomfortable for longer visits, I keep asking why Starbucks chose them. At this store, there were 4 + staff on shift with a drive-through, the drink I mobile ordered took 10 minutes with in store line up <4 customers, and there were no line up at drive through. Washroom with disability access was clean, and well maintained. I spent an hour there watching video on my electronic device, and had my lunch. I enjoyed my experiences there.

I've had so many good experiences here and everyone has been so nice. But please make sure your baristas know how to make the drinks. I ordered a matcha lemonade with no alterations other than light ice and I'm not sure what the barista did but the syrup they used made it undrinkable. I think based on the colour and flavour it was some sort of brown sugar, but no matter what it was awful. It definitely wasn't the normal plain sweetener and I had to throw out the drink. I love Starbucks but this was disappointing, I even watched them open a new syrup to use in my drink so I believe it was intentional but they just didn't know how to make it, which would be fine, but I wish they had asked someone how so that I didn't waste my money.

The staff here were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The barista who took my order insisted on covering my drink because I told her I graduated from university earlier in the day. She personally made my coffee, and went the extra mile and wrote a fancy "con-GRAD-ulations" on my cup! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but if she is reading this I'd like to say a huge thank you!!!

I've been here a few times and enjoyed my experience but my recent visit was a highlight. I'm not quite sure how to spell my barista's name but they explained that it's said "like Mohammed without the 'mo'". They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the interaction! I left with delicious drinks feeling like I made a friend, I hope they're there next time I go :)

Picked up an iced coffee and a panini from here a few days ago and was surprised by the quality of the sandwich. As always the staff are nice and the person who took my order heated it up for me. It was a chimichurri chicken and red pepper jelly….For me it ended up being just a chimichurri and jelly sauce sandwich for $10 as the chicken was inedible. In fact it was so disgusting after tasting the first couple pieces I had to pull all the chicken off and put it in the paper bag in came in as it had the texture of a rubber band. It was so far from quality but being that I just took a hot yoga glass and had a busy day ahead of me I reluctantly ate the sauce and bread.Starbucks you guys are a huge conglomerate that need to do better. You sell ice coffees for $6 and sub par sandwiches for $10 and yet you can penny pinch on food quality. Things are more important than pretty packaging and I couldn’t help but feel if I had just picked up a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee from Tim hortons that morning I would have saved myself $10 and actually felt satisfied.
