Awful restaurant. Ordered wings and fries for delivery. Got 1lb, asked for half hot and half jerk. They charged me $1 for what they call “extra sauce” even tho I’m still technically only getting the same amount of sauce just half in one flavour and half in another, and no my wings weren’t extra saucy so not like they sauced them up extra. To me this makes no sense. Won’t be going back or recommending to anyone. Looks they are reaching for extra money anywhere they can get. Quality of the food was awful as well.
Went out to dinner with hubby. He ordered wings and rib combo and I ordered California Quinoa salad. Food was brought over, but no utensils and no dressing for my salad. The wings were okay, but the ribs were dried out. Waitress said there are made from frozen.Waitresses spent most of their time chatting with clients at the bar and seemed to treat those ordering food as an afterthought.
It used to be great food and service, not so much now. Got served from-frozen ribs nuked or heated to the point of zero moisture. Wings were just as bad. My Wife ordered the California Quinoa salad and no dressing was delivered. Attention to patrons eating were next to laughable. People at the bar section got all that. You're a good man, TK, but sorry, we're not going back.
Awful experience! Over charged for food not ordered. Did not bring out the right food. Slushie drinks were just water. Charged us for 8 people when there was 6 of us. Very disappointing. Do not recommend this place.
Went for a date night with my boyfriend and got all you can eat wings. Our server Mikayla was absolutely amazing. Constantly checking in on us, getting us refills on our wings and drinks. She was extremely friendly and made our night a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for the exceptional service Mikayla. I’m a strong believer of giving credit where credit is due!
Fine restaurant overall. Great location.Music is too loud, we asked our waitress to turn it down and we were delighted when she did. But soon enough, another staff member turned it back up. I don't understand what random restaurants get out of blasting their music but it's pretty annoying.
Nice little patio with great service and good food. Really enjoyed their little summer drink tasters and some wings last Friday. We will definitely make this a go to spot for a nice drink and bite outside.
Thank you to our server who although was trying to shut down the restaurant for the night, she still welcomed us in and served us with laughter and a smile. It was$5 Caesar night so I had 2. Wings were so good as usual.
The Restaurant smelt like a homeless person, the food took 45 min as the staff lost our chit and didnt have a care to think about our order until asked. Once our food arrived it was piping hot, our 3yr old nearly burnt his fingers. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or to make us want to ever return. Avoid this place!!!
Very sad how this place has gone downhill. Took my son last weekend. Wings — 8 per pound — were small, overcooked and they just give you a few fries now. They really skimp on the sauce now, too — both our orders had very little. $16.50 plus tax is a complete ripoff. No wonder it was dead in there. Used to be regulars but won’t return again. Way better wings at way better prices elsewhere in the Shwa.
