Is there a point of asking for the fries to be cooked a bit extra? Or is that to difficult for someone to comprehend? I feel like when I ask this my fries are undercooked. If I wanted mashed potatoes I wouldn't get poutine.
If I knew the cheese would be chunky and not melted I wouldn't have came.Picked up with lukewarm gravy. Drove 10min to hotel and had to heat it up again. Fries didn't taste fresh.No napkins provided ! Just the poutine and one fork. Try eating that on the go.I don't usually post bad reviews but there is a lot of room for improvement.
Worst experience lastnight, I will NEVER be returning. I used to love this place. It was the only place I knew that I could get a poutine since I'm vegetarian and don't eat beef gravy. Lastnight I ordered a traditional veggie and it came with a decent sized piece of bacon in it. Completely unacceptable in my mind. Thanks for making me sick Smoke's ✌?
The weekend night staff here are absolutely amazing and probably some of the hardest working fastfood staff in Oshawa. I work close to here and order meals as a treat for my own staff on weekends. They are fast and personable and I've seen myself their ability to handle lines that are sometimes down the street in a timely orderly fashion. Keep up the hard work!!!
Always lots of parking around on street, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Oh and the poutine is perfect.
Food is delicious, stays open late, portion size was very small for the price, food came out quick. Being in downtown finding parking is difficult.
