Recipe and taste mostly remains the same across all Popeyes. The staff are great and friendly which is the reason for the rating cause customer service is what makes your experience better. I don’t remember the staffs name but it was a young guy.
I called to place an order today, Aryan took my order. When I got there I was greeted warmly by him and the other staff member. I told them my name and that I called and place an order. My order was ready and waiting. I have a disability and Aryan took my food straight to my car and put it in my front seat for me so that I didn't have to carry it myself. This young man was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thank you Aryan for your excellent customer service skills and great attitude. You made my evening. Keep up the excellent work.
Amazing staff, very welcoming to my service dog, Popeyes location is very clean and always well kept. Can get busy with in door eaters but staff make the food at a good pace.Reason for 4 star is because there isn't mobile ordering at this Popeyes location.
We tried calling to place an order, I was in hold for 10 minutes after speaking with a lady on the phone who asked me to wait before ordering. Ending up hanging up and calling again since I could only hear people chatting in the restaurant. They were no longer taking phone calls apparently. We ordered our food in person and the woman taking our order was very rude and rushed our order. The coke we got from the fountain was just soda water, I tried to call and let them know the syrup was empty but they still weren’t receiving calls…
I always regret getting their chicken. It’s always old tasting, like it’s just been sitting there for a few hours. From now on I’m just gonna get a couple orders of fries. Those are the saving grace of the restaurant. The other locations aren’t bad. But this one is just not it if you want good chicken.
Never had an unpleasant experience so far, with food quality and taste. Its quick and better fast food quality than most chained operations in the same category...
I was at this location on March 15 . Poor customer service. Waited for my order more than half an hour . Instead of making order workers (2 guys) were chatting and were staring at me (probably were gossiping about me ) were looking at me and laughing( showed racism to me). I Will never visit this location anymore and I won’t suggest to anyone to go into this location. If you want to be treated good just visit the other location but not this!!!! I was so disappointed in this store (on simcoe north ) and my final thoughts about it that they should replace the customer service and hire people ( who are not racists).
Just buy food from this location and it’s the best ever from since I started back to eat popeyes the chicken was well cooked well fried I enjoy the food from here and well recommend anyone to come here keep up the good job guys
Ordered through uber eats for pick up. Drove to the store to be told they did not have Mac and cheese and to pick something else and wait 5 minutes . Come back inside 5 minutes later and they tell me the order was cancelled. That they did not cancel that I did. This is not tru they cancelled after I was already at the store instead of calling me ahead time to ask what else I would want instead of Mac cheese like I have had done many times. Thankfully I am not charged but this proves that the store cancelled the order not me or uber so not only did they cancel it they lied straight to my face worst customer service
On January 5, 2022 visited this location which was a biggest mistake I ever made. There was a lineup and only 2 workers. One taking orders and other at the back. First of all they ran out of change and customers were asked to pay with cards. Couple customers have to leave frustrated after waiting long because they had cash. I waited more than 25 minutes to get my short orders which created a chain reaction . I have always loved Popeyes food for years liked customer service .But after visiting this location everyone was very upset and disappointed
