This location used to be good , not anymore . Chicken are dark brown from inside which means not fresh. I am a salty guy and I ordered chicken sandwich, it was very very salty .
I'm sure that the food we picked up was spoilt since it had a terrible smell.But otherwise, friendly staff and good service.I'll try and avoid this place!!

We went to popeyes at wilson road oshawa today and it was a super disappointing experience i ordered the special for saturday which is the chicken wings i get 10 pcs and the one that they give me is so hard that my kids cant eat and it look like it was cooked about maybe days ago and smelled like its almost about to spoil. I called the store spoke to the manager and tell him of our experience and he offered to exchange it for 2 pcs chicken? Imagine the agony of driving back spending gas to get to their location just to get the 2pcs replacement for the chicken that they gave me that is so bad. Would not recommend to come to this store for popeyes you will only get disappointed.
Today I visited this location of Popeyes and I was just done with my shift came to get my dinner and I visited just before they were closing. I must say the staff over here was so friendly and welcoming especially the girl working in the front named NEHA. I asked her a lot of questions about the deals and stuff even they were busy closing she answered me so nicely she even gave me a dessert for free to try so that I can get to know what it tastes like and I can order it next time.. I loved this location today will surely visit here often ..
Food is generally made well & is tasty but the wait time is frustrating. We've been to this location a couple of times & each time the wait time was long & frustrating. Otherwise we like this place when we're in a fried chicken mood.

The employee in the back wasn’t wearing a mask, I also refuse to wear a mask. When I went to place my order they refused to serve me due to me not wearing a mask and I asked why they didn’t have to and I was told they are 6ft apart. Well I’m on the other side of the counter and your employees are leaning over cooking food with no mask. I have no issues with not wearing masks while working in a hot kitchen but don’t then refuse to serve me because I am not wearing one.I will never be back to this location.
Stay away from this location. Love popeyes never had a problem until I bought uncooked chicken from this location. Staff need proper training, no customer service skills. Did not offer a refund, this could've made my whole family sick. ?
