So my card did not work, embarrassing! But the employees didn't have me feeling embarrassed, they were so sweet and I have been here before and I loved the pizza but don't really remember the interaction but the kindness of the employees alone would definitely have me go back for a really good exotically flavored slice of ?!
We were Pizza Nova fans since they opened on Warren ave but they have screwed too many pizzas up in the last year or two and I've had enough of their employee's poor customer service attitude although the owners a great guy.Last night we tried a basic large pepperoni cheese with extra sauce and cheese and it was awesome plus ate the leftover for breaky via toaster oven and couldnt tell it wasnt fresh.Thank-you Pizza Munno for restoring my faith in the pizza industry and your now #1 in my wifes books and thats good enough for me!
Wish pizzamunno was in my town. Isn't it great when the toppings you order are abundantly present and proportional to the pie? 100% the case with this pizza. Beautifully balanced in every way. The nice lady at the counter took the time to suggest steam reducing strategies so that the pizza remained crisp and fuffy. Very appreciated and great advice.
I was in the area as I do pizza reviews in the Toronto area and this was a top rated place on Google. When I walked in they were very busy. Must sold over 25 slices while I was in there.Place was clean service was fast very small dining room to sit down but most importantly the pizza was very good.
The pizza was good. I tried this place based on the sheer number of positive reviews. However, in my opinion it is not as great as these reviews make it seem. For the quality of the pizza itself, it was good, although I didn't find it lived up to the price.Maybe it's just me, but the crust tasted and looked exactly like Little Caesars.With all that said, I will likely try it again.
We love Pizza Munno because they never disappoint! This is the Peppino pizza off their menu and it was very delicious! My favourite kind of pepperoni is when it curls up and gets crispy! Highly recommend!
Omg! It was my first time ordering from them, but it won’t be my last. LOVED the Primavera pizza. Absolutely delicious!
I normally swear by this place as the pizza is honestly the one of the best pizza places in town with friendly staff. This experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered online, fell asleep waiting and thought that I might have missed the delivery person or it was left on my step (it wasn't). Looked at the clock and saw that it had been almost 2 hrs since I placed the order. So I called to see what was happening. The Lady I spoke with was pleasant enough? Found out that my order didn't print off? Anyway, based on the timestamp, that she saw, we had been waiting the two hours that I was claiming. A rush was put on my order... An apology was given and lots of blame put on the computer/printer. My order arrived about 30 minutes later or so... A pizza and two salads (Greek and Caesar). We got a Greek and house salad.... So I called to let them know. Had to explain that plain romain lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette is not a caesar. Then I got another sorry and no follow up. So that's 2 mistakes back to back... I was offered a free dipping sauce on my next order, but that was after I had to clearly express that I was upset and disappointed. A free dipping sauce.... I'm not the type of person who looks for free food nor am I that person that leaves poor reviews for stupid things... I have to be very disappointed to take the time to write any kind of review (or super impressed). Perhaps "a" dipping sauce should have been offered for the 2.5hr wait? Offering "a" dipping sauce on a second mistake (that can't be corrected because they were closing), is too little too late? The offer felt so forced, like they didn't want to do anything, just a "sorry, my bad". The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth... Just super disappointed with how everything was handled. That being said, the pizza is still delicious and the container of plain, chopped lettuce with be repurposed.
BEST PIZZA IN OSHAWA BY FAR.... IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THRU ON PHONE WITH THEM. WHEN U DO GET THRU ,YOUR PUT ON HOLD FOR....40 MINS AND COUNTING JUST TO PLACE THE ORDER. THEN 2 HRS DELIVERY TIME USUALLY IF YOU CAN PLACE YOUR ORDER...5 STAR PIZZA....NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MORE EMPLOYEES
Pizza was Delicious. Ordered a Carne Amour last night, ingredients were fresh, dough was light and flavourful and not greasy. One of the best pizzas in Durham so far! I ordered from the Whitby Location.
