Had a terrible experience over the phone last night with pizza pizza & had to speak with 3 people in order to explain to them how their customer service representatives were extremely unprofessional & rude. I did not want any money off, I simply wanted to speak with normal people & have a decent delivery.Jessica the delivery driver from this location completely took the sour taste they left out of my mouth & was extremely professional, nice & did absolutely everything possible to accommodate.I’ve ordered pizza pizza my whole life & was ready to drop this company but because of her I’ll still continue to be a customerShe deserves a raise! I come here every day.. restaraunt is super clean .. food is always fresh.Wings are to die for and new gourmet pizzas better then I make at home.
Best Pizza Pizza in Oshawa, the food here is unmatched! The staff is extremely friendly and patient, and the store is always kept tidy. I've been a long time customer and they never disappoint. This is by far my favourite Pizza Pizza location!
DONT COME HERE!!!!Watch what they charge you!!!!Horrible customer service and charges whatever they feel like charging and when I went to head office about this they offered me $2 credit. I didn't take it as I wasn't looking for money in the first place, just wanted them to fix this location or close it because the are RUDE and RIP people off. GM center is down the street so I'm sure they rip thousands of people off. $2 credit is basically an insult after taking the time to contact head office.I guess head office doesn't care that they have horrible customer service and make up prices as they go. I'm sure it won't be resolved judging on head office responses.I won't be back to this.location as long as I live and probably never to pizza pizza again if I can help it because they just don't care.If only they knew how much pizza I eat, bad person to lose as a customer.There is so many other reviews here about them pricing how they want and being extremely rude! I'm not the only one just read the reviews!!! Ehy is this location still open? Pathetic

If I could give negative stars I would. People working there are horrible. Absolutely zero customer service. They don't wear masks either. Had an incident during the holidays and there was no outcome from Pizza Pizza. Trash company.
Amazing service! The food tasted great and was prepared fairly quick. The staff members were kind too! Will definitely be coming back!
I hope i could give 0 star. I just visited this store and someone cane up and asked me what’s my order I asked for any walk-in special and the guy there told me to wait for 45 mins to place order. I asked him why he then assisted me kf he don’t want to take order. Then he directly told me if you don’t want to wait go out. Like what the hell? I asked his name and in return he told me to tell mine first. I called the manager and she was literally even more horrible than that guy. She told me to go out because they are busy. I understand their stress of work but the kind of behaviour was completely unacceptable from pizza pizza guys. I was there not to pay and wat not for the free pizza’s man. Other customers also supported me in this case. Pizza pizza check the camera recordings and please improve this kind of experience.My date and time of visit: 25 Dec 2021, 11:15PM.
This may be a surprise to some but I've been black my entire life I had an experience at this location all am saying if I was not black they will never speak to a customer that way this was one of the worst experiences of my life
