UPDATED REVIEW: Ordered again from this location tonight and the pizza was disgusting. I ordered regular crust, I recieved thin crust and well done to the point it was burnt. I can hardly taste the sauce. It tastes like cardboard with cheese. I live too far to go back to complain but I will post pics of what I received. Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars....so disappointed.This location is our go to for several years whenever my kids feel like having pizza pizza. I have NEVER had a bad experience here so I don't get all the negative reviews. The food is always tasty, fresh and hot. The service has always been friendly and professional and the prices are always reasonable. Would definitely recommend this location.

I brought a free Pizza Slice coupon and they did not accept it because apparently 5 people already used the same coupon(score a slice). Terrible customer service. In another location they accepted the coupon. The coupon says you can use in any store in the GTA and it says no limit on how many people can use the same coupon in the store. They also got angry. Unacceptable! If I could I would give 0 stars!
Don’t know how do they coordinate with service desk, I have to confirm order more than 3 times, and each time they told me 50 minutes. Still waiting for pizza and didn’t have my dinner till now it’s 9:30PM
Worst experience of Pizza of my life. They put too little toppings. Pizza was thin crust, but i ordered for regular. Whenever i pick slice, my pizza got bend. I believe they just want to charge customer and doesn't want to give anything in return. I asked for cover edges (means topping should touch edges as well), but they put toppings only at the center. I ordered pizza with toppings not just bread. I am really disappointed and doesn't recommend to order specially from this location.
OLD SLICES, worst pizza pizza in Oshawa, this location caters to high school kids at lunch so the pizza is thin, cheeseless and toppings are slim - AVOID
I've ordered garlic bread but it was not fully cooked and packed in such a way that all have joined together. It doesn't look professional at all...

The cashier laughed when I asked if my Panzerotti was fresh bc I ordered it leaving the McDonald's drive thru across the street and it was ready. I got in the car and it felt barley even warm, I couldn't bother to do back in to deal with the guy So i took it home and warmed it up. Mostly dough. Terrible service and pizza
